my boots look & stayed without any water stains great product

Bought my first can of this back in December 2023. Was intended to use on my daily wear boots in the winter as well as my 6X Stetson hats. Absolutely no discoloration or staining on my hat or on my boots. Did not try it on any of my exotics and never would due to the nature of skins. I can tell you that the water repellent action does an amazing job. I sprayed my Stetson straw cowboy hat and just recently hit a full rain for about 5 minutes in high wind and had no issues. As most people that wear cowboy hats know straw hats and rain do not like each other. This did the job well. Made in USA! Can’t go wrong in my opinion. Only negative but all sprays do, use in a well ventilated area. The smell is fairly strong.

I have used this product previously purchased from a major store. I sprayed my 9 year old granddaughter’s (mainly white) backpack and it did not get one stain on It for the entire school year. I use this order for my new off white canvas golf bag and shoes. Hopefully it will work as well as it did on the backpack.

This spray works amazingly! Just saying! I bought my whole family new shoes all at the same time... I sprayed it on my 11 year old daughters brand new white checkered vans and two days later she had PE outside at school after it had been raining the day before so when she came home from school her new white shoes of course had some red mud on them even with her trying hard to keep them clean but luckily I had sprayed her shoes the day she got them and I took a dry bush over them where the mud was and a lot of that came off and once I couldn’t get them any cleaner with a dry brush I wet the brush with using only water and the shoes came as white and clean as they was the day we bought them! The spray also makes them water proof so the fabric is sealed with a layer of protection that dirt, water, exc can’t get through. That’s amazing! It was red mud! I also sprayed my 14 year old sons shoes which was also solid white Adidas and they’re still clean and looking brand new. I sprayed my shoes and my husbands and they look great too! I do recommend this product for anyone trying to keep dust, dirt and water off of your new shoes!

Not a bad product, just not the best. Durability is not it's strong point.Picked this up to hopefully get a longer lasting bit of protection for some gear we use with our teardrop camper. We keep a light rain jacket and some gear in bags, and I normally use the can of silicone waterproofing from the local WalShop to provide some water resistance. Needed to reapply this season and I didn't want to make the trip to the store as it's crazy busy this time of year and no one wears masks.This product goes on easily. The spray pattern is very nice and the can is super easy to use with a great nozzle. I applied to two ball caps, two jackets, a pair of suede Merrell slip-ons, and two canvas storage bags. I have half the can left still.The Merrell's suede did NOT change color with the spray, that's great! However, the protection didn't last 3 weeks. I wear these shoes around inside the house and to walk the dog around the block - nothing intense. After that time, i noticed that water or dirt was not easy to brush off and there were several spots stains. Water does not bead up or roll off anymore. The ball caps still have some good repellency after a few months, but they stay in the camper and only come out occasionally. The jackets are DONE after only 2-3 rainstorms. The shoulders, hood, and areas of wear/contact have ZERO repellency/bead up and the rest of the shell will soak through in heavier rain. The storage bags stay in the hold, so they are still okay.For the cost of this protection, i was expecting more. The one benefit is that it doesn't darken suede like the silicone one does. The silicone spray can costs half the price and you get twice as more. I'll be swapping back to the silicone spray after the new year.

Works great on hats to keep sweat stains off. Works well on shoes as well to keep them cleaner.

This is the only stuff my husband uses on his hats. We live in Arizona and it won’t show sweat stains through it. We have purchased this at least 4 times.
