Q: What is the Blue ribbon's total length? 180cm as described in the beginning and pictures, or 18cm as described in the product details?

The one we had was 180cm, & you cut it to size. Not a total success using them. It was to stop the scratching for eczema; once any cream dries up , you’re back to scratching . There was a suggestion to wet them first but I couldn’t grasp how you’d go to bed with wet bandages on. Cotton gloves helped stop the scratching . In the end it was a very strong steroid that broke e cycle.

I bought the blue one and it fits my arm perfectly. The diameter of the wrap is approximately 9cm. It comes in various diameters 4, 6, 9, 13 and 18cm so you should find one that fits you. Hope this helps.

Hi there, here is the general guide to the sizes. You should measure the circumference of the area you are wrapping and determine which one fits best. Red 3.75 cm diameter is suitable for a newborn baby's arms. Stretchable circumference of 9 to 14 cm Green 5.75 cm diameter is suitable for a child's arm and calf. Stretchable circumference of 13 to 24 cm Blue 8.75 cm diameter is suitable for a child's calf or adult's arm. Stretchable circumference of 20 to 33 cm Yellow 12.75cm diameter is suitable for child's thigh or adult's calf. Stretchable circumference of 28 to 55 cm Brown 18cm in diameter is suitable for wrapping a child's body or adult's calf. Stretchable circumference 36 to 68 cm

Q: How long to you keep wraps on each day or do you wear constantly till skin settles and what about bed time

I wear mine mainly in bed but sometimes during the day as well just depends on whether my arm is itching a lot. This is the only thing that has helped me.
