WM98200SX2 24" Front Load Washer in White

I didn't purchase this washer thru Amazon, but I feel compelled to review this washer to warn others that may be considering it. The middle of the Pandemic my 21 yr. old Frigidaire front loader stopped draining. The dryer worked flawlessly, but since Frigidaire no longer makes this product and due to size constraints, I had to get another stackable set. Unfortunately, unless I wanted to wait 3-6 months for a different brand (again- pandemic!), I settled for this set from Blomburg. It was very expensive, but I got it in 2 weeks! Had it delivered and professionally installed as a stackable set. Now, keep in mind I had a front loader stackable set for 21 years. This new Blomburg doesn't begin to compare! First, it is in my utility room & every time it spins, my ENTIRE house shakes! The store told me it's because I don't have it installed on a basement concrete floor! The 21 years I had my last Front Loader, I never once had this issue! Besides, the installers told me this unit was specifically made to install IN high rise apartments! So much for that excuse! So then I purchased thick hard rubber discs to put under the feet of the unit (advertised to help with vibrations) - and it barely makes any difference. This washer sounds and feels like an earthquake when it's spinning! The stacked machines visibly shake about 1'' back and forth during the spin cycle! While my entire house shakes! And the washer is soooooooo loud! The pump is noisy, and seems to be constantly cycling! And as far as how it washes - lets just say it leaves a lot to be desired! I can't tell you how many loads I had to wash over because this machine just can't seem to get clothes clean! My last front loader spun them so well - the clothes were barely damp when done. This washer leaves them pretty wet for a front loader! For a brand new machine - it doesn't hold a candle to my 21 yr. old stackable front loader. I am so disappointed, and pretty ticked off that after spending a small fortune, I'm stuck with this horrible washer and dryer that anyone would be nuts to buy.
