I think it's a sturdy build and should last a long time
Overall, I think it's a sturdy build and should last a long time. My only concern is that the gimbal is a bit stiff. I'm hoping it will loosen up with use, or with the application of some lubricant. The item came in a nice foam package which will be handy for storage.I'm using a canon vixia hf r400 camcorder. The rig appears to balance out quite nicely with this extremely lite-weight camcorder. There was really no adjustments required for my camera; however, I suspect a dslr would require some effort since most are heftier cameras.I think I'm satisfied with my purchase. If not for the gimbal being a little stiff, I would have given this rig 5 stars.

Not as stable as I'd hoped. I can get just as stable if I handhold my DSLR.

For its price it's a great stabilizer! It does the job every time for my t3i! Definitely recommend for amateur filmmakers.
