hi. i’m 5ft the same as you and it’s fine for me. i love it, it’s nice and light as well.

Are the wheels noisy or silent?

I have found the wheels are fine, the surface you wheel it over makes a noise not the shopping trolley

Is the handle height adjustable?

No handle is one height, also the Velcro strap is not secure keeps opening and bag falls Off the metal frame !
