Keeps food & Drink really cold for hours and hours
Researched this well as I had tried some cool bags from Amazon and they didnโt come up to scratch. Now this was mainly for two reason, either the product itself didnโt hold up ( broken zips and splits ) or I was squeezing it into a day sack to take to work. Having to take the cool bag out every time I ate on the hoof was a real mish. So I decided to upgrade to this product. Iโve held off on the review for a good few months now ( about 3 ) and used it 6 days a week for that time. So how has it held up? Amazingly. Not a problem with any zips or pockets, storage is ideal for me and the centre pack does everything you want it to do. So I use mine as follows. The small pouch on the outside contains keys, ID, phone etc. the main compartment works best as follows. Place a freezer block on the bottom, then place for example your plastic tub containing in my case, chicken, salad etc. I then place another cool block on top of the plastic container. At this point I place two cool blocks down each side ( left and right) so the plastic container of food is surrounded. On top I place a plastic bottle of milk, two other plastic drink bottles and a bottle of sale dressing. This is my set up and it works for me. I have left my house at 6am, opened and closed the zip on various and numerous times and itโs all still cold. I can take a bottle of drink out at midday and it is still cold ( as cold as a fridge ) The salad has on occasions actually been frozen in areas as the blocks are so good and the insulation is perfect. I have used it for 10-12 hours and by then the effect has started to wear off but that been in temperature recently up in the 30โs. When I get home, replace blocks in freezer and repeat the next day. I place a small flask of hot drink in the side mesh pocket and it stays there until I need it. Easy to carry, ideal for a decent selection of food and drink if you want them cold. A great purchase, ideal for work, back packing or days out. Highly recommended and to date, no faults in quality or performance.

Excellent product
Excellent product, upgraded from the Draper cool bag. This is much larger and keeps the drinks colder for hours.

Great idea
I have only used this a few times, but it's been good on those occasions. It keeps good cold and fresh all day, but it depends on how many ice blocks you put in it and how hot it is outside. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is down to the lack of space in the outer pocket meaning having to put non food items in the main part with the food. I do sometimes find I start getting back ache after a while due to the weight on my back.

Perfect for day trips
Great cool bag to out take for day trips. We take ours to mainly theme parks. Plenty of room for food and drinks. The elastic cord on the front is great for attaching a picnic blanket. Really comfortable to wear to all day

Good value for $29 or less, cooler is just ok, comfortable and versatile
Edit: reviewing after almost two years of use. This thing has really held up EXTREMELY well. I use it mostly as a regular backpack at amusement parks and while traveling. The straps are just designed better and look better on me than my other backpacks. The cooling wonโt wow you and is certainly inferior to my other backpack cooler from Walmart that has much thicker foam for same price. But that backpack cooler has almost no utility as an actual backpack. The tourit is very versatile and it will keep drinks cold for 5-7 hours if you use enough ice packs. I am very happy with the purchase. I bought the red one for $29, so my review is based on that price. I would not be happy at all if I spent $39. Please understand what this is and what this isnโt before you buy. The cooler section is exactly the same build and material of the $6 kidโs lunch boxes at Walmart or Targetโjust 4x the sizeโso donโt expect to be able to take this on an overnight trip. The insulation is less than half of an older model Ozark Trail backpack cooler I also have that was $19. That backpack cooler looks overbuilt and has superior materials compared to this. However, it has no pockets and less capacity due to the thick insulation. Even though itโs a much better cooler it is just not practical for most of my uses and I was tired of bringing a second bag. The Tourit cooler solves that problem for me. I can fit a big iPhone with a wallet case inside the dry storage pocket and 4-5 discs for disc golf. The pocket folds down (pictured) and still keeps it all secureโwhich is super convenient. I can fit a 36 OZ double-walled water bottle or my 32 OZ Papa Bear tumbler in the side pockets and they both fit awesome. The bag itself it about the size of an elemtary kidโs school backpack and fits me very comfortably at 6โ0 200. The bag is also very sturdy when standing and extremely difficult to tip over (which is great for kayaking and SUP). My 7-year old son and I use this to play disc golf, for our regular picnics in the park, taking food and drinks to sit by the pool for the day, kayaking, and some light hiking and biking. It serves all those purposes wonderfully. I expect the inside will begin to come apart in a year or so due to the poor build, but it should be fine for our uses with some gorilla tape and/or glue. Hopefully we can extend that time frame with some common sense and care when packing it. The extra storage definitely makes up for the less than stellar cooler section. To be clear, the cooler still works just fine for us and gives very cold drinks and food after 6-8 hours in the Florida sun with some ice packs.

Great quality!
My husband is a journeyman bricklayer and he uses this as a lunch bag and cooler for his beverages. He loves it!! He has used different types over the past 20 years but prefers this backpack style the most. He said it is more convenient to carry. It keeps everything cold and is quite spacious. It also has nice side pockets and a smaller front pocket along with the large main pocket. Would highly recommend for anyone on the go. Very durable, no leaking, great storage space, it's fairly lightweight, great zipper too!!!

Cool Cooler Backpack
This backpack is perfect for hikes, picnics, and simply keeping food/drinks cold. The design is simple, and yet it looks good too. It has 3 zippers: The main zipper leads to the cooler. The material for the cooler feels very insulated, even better than other cooler bags I've had in the past. It is also super spacious! I have to admit, I was surprised to see how much I could actually fit inside the cooler portion of this backpack. If you look at the photos I uploaded, you'll see that I was able to comfortably fit a half gallon of milk, 2 glass bottles of 1 liter water, 2 starbucks fraps, 2 bottles of Kevita, and a water bottle. I still had plenty of room for food above all that and could have fit much more. I zipped it up, put it on my back, and walked around, and all my drinks stayed perfectly upright, and my back felt comfortable. Although you could fit much more, I'd be careful how much you actually put not because of the backpack itself, but because the more food/drinks you put in, the heavier load you'll have to carry. One other thing I appreciated about the cooler part of this backpack is that it is completely closed off from the other compartments, so if you spill water, it won't leak anywhere. This might sound like common sense, but I used to have a cooler backpack that wasn't completely closed off from other compartments, and believe me, that is no fun at all. The secondary zipper is also plenty useful, It is not cooler material and is instead regular backpack material. It has a little pouch where you can store snacks (look in photo). It is definitely not as big as the cooler, but it can easily fit my 13 inch macbook as well as some snacks. I will probably put hand towels, napkins, utensils, paper plates, and the like in this pocket. The smallest zipper is a nice addition that can fit plenty as well. It can easily fit phones, an iPad mini, a kindle, or the like. The side pockets on this backpack are huge! I think you can fit a lot in there. The phone pocket on the strap looked extremely narrow when I first saw it. I was very fearful that my phone wouldn't fit, especially because I have a wallet + phone case in one. But I was very happy to find that the strap phone holder stretches like I've never seen anything stretch before. Just for you to see how much it can stretch, look at the photos and see how I put a pen in the pocket sideways. All that said, my phone (with my wallet case) fit perfectly, nice and safe. I would definitely recommend this cooler backpack. Uses: Picnics, hikes, Hollywood bowl, traveling, beach outings. I would like to use something like this for when I go surf fishing (so I could put my catches in the cooler portion while I walk around the beach and continue fishing). I think it'll be a perfect fit for that. But my wife loves the cooler too much to let me turn it into a fish keeper bag.
