Arrived in a few days. Arrived well packaged. Arrived assembled. The color is perfect. We needed a red to coordinate with a red wood stove. We could not find anything locally to replace worn out 20 year old similar chairs we’d purchased at Pier One. We were skeptical about ordering such inexpensive chairs unseen. We are so glad we did. These chairs are perfect for our needs. They are comfortable and the swivel is smooth. I did not rate for durability since we’ve only had them a week. However, I do not anticipate any problem.

Great chairs for our coffee, bistro area. Not too hard, not too soft. Swivel works smoothly. Red is a deeper, rich color.***UPDATE: 6 months of light use by my husband and myself, and the chair on the left has split open in the back of the seat area. I'm really bummed and contacting the manufacturer to see what they can do.*****Excellent customer service; manufacturer replaced one chair after I submitted a few pictures.

Just the right size, made well, looks great and just doesn't look great but comfortable too. Packed great, got it fast, and the price was the best gee doesn't get any better then this.

The chair is too low for the elderly, unfit for persons with disabilities. Not higher enough for the elderly to safety get out of the chair. No back support or head rest for most adults.The free shipping is offset by the customer's burden of paying to return the item if dissatisfied. Also, if the company disputed the condition of the chair when it was returned, the buyer would have to pay the original full price, plus the cost of the returning the item. In my case, the item was damaged in either shipping or handling prior to delivery. No obvious rips or tears, but it sunk under my weight the first time I tried to set in it. Not fit for working at a computer desk, or a normal kitchen table.

They are in the living room, and the size, color and feel are just great. Love them.

The chair is fine, inexpensive and smaller than it looks, but fits right in with our decor. Leather quality is okay, but as I have read it is quite firm. Does rotate as it says with no problem. Main point is that it is small. Could almost use another one of a different color in the living room. It will certainly be fine until I decide to spend $500 at the local furniture store!

I had relatively low expectations given the other reviews for this chair, but I really rather like it and find it very comfortable and I'm a big guy - 6'2" and 300 lbs (ok maybe a little more but that's just between us). Got it for my motorhome - came very quickly in a well-designed box, opened it up and no damage whatsoever in shipping (kudo's to Amazon as usual). It rotates freely even with my considerable weight in it, and I would describe it as a Teutonic sort of comfort. Most motorhome seating looks like it came out of a 1970's Oldsmobile - you know, over-stuffed and you tend to sink in like a rock in a pond. Good luck getting out! This chair, on the other hand, has more of Germanic Volkswagen or BMW feel to it. Comfortable, but not intended to be a cocoon. So I love it, maybe will get another if the boss will tolerate a second! Phil in Sandy Eggo

The color is oxblood red, which is exactly what I was looking for, nice swivel and very comfortable. It is lower to the floor than the average chair, but as an accent to my living area, it is perfect!
