Nice chair and the color (blue) is beautiful. Part 2, Beauty is only skin deep.
I bought this recliner for myself. My old one was in bad shape, side pushed out and broken springs. I was a little leery about buying on line, but after pricing recliners in department and furniture stores and places like Lazy Boy, I was convinced I couldn't afford it. I found this chair by Simmons and ordered it and it came ahead of schedule. They said from Feb 28th to March 10th and it arrived Feb 12th. I am very happy with the chair. It's very soft to sit on and even the arms are cushy. The only problem I have with it is the handle for reclining is very low. I have long arms and it's a bit much for me to push it all the way down. My daughter's mother-in-law fell in love with it, but said the same thing about the handle. I got the blue and the picture of it does not do it justice. It's a deep navy blue and is quite beautiful.Update: After I had this chair for about six weeks, I had a problem opening and closing the footrest. I found that a board under the footrest was broken. I contacted the company immediately and got a third party, not sure what they are called, but was unable to deal directly with Simmons. We went back and forth with emails and all they would offer me was $50 and the piece that broke. Well that piece is attached to the springs in the seat of the chair and since there is no one who fixes recliners, apparently, (we even asked Siri) I now have a $400 piece of useless furniture in the corner of my living room. Since the breakage happened so close to the time I bought it, I should have been given a new chair. It was a piece of wood that broke off and unless I can find a factory that has tools that fix chairs, I think I'm out of luck. By the way, this has been going on since March and I just got the piece they sent so I could "fix it" two weeks ago. We've been working on it ever since and there's no way to fix this problem with out tools that stretch the springs and fit small wood blocks into place. I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from these people again. I live on a fixed income and can't afford this kind of loss.

Larger than I thought
More my fault than company. Way bigger than I thought, I'm 5'6" and can't sit with back support and have feet still on floor, seat way too deep. When I put foot rest up I can't get it back down, I'm 72 and not strong enough. Going to see if I can sell it and get something more my size. I'll buy locally where I can sit in it before buying.

The "Wine" Recliner is much deeper in color tone (See Photo)
We just purchased this so far as workmanship and durability jury is still out since it is new. I will say upon it's arrival I am quite impressed with the appearance. I'm attaching a photo because the color on "MY" computer seems to be a more "Mauve" than a deep "Wine" like stated in the description of the chair. I am quite happy btw that it is a deeper color and will show less dirt when the grandbabies sit in the chair. The delivery from ABF or ABS can't remember as I'm typing....it came on an 18 wheeler in a very rural area where I live and how on earth the driver maneuvered the truck to get it into my driveway and then turned around....quite spectacular. I was in amazement as was my husband. The USPS can't even find our place half the time and delivers our packages to the wrong address constantly. So for this gentleman to do such an outstanding job considering the obstacles to do it?? I highly recommend this chair and that delivery company as well. 5 PLUS Stars. and THANK YOU.

Major drawback
THE CHAIRS ARE BIG & COMFORTABLE BUT ONCE YOU RECLINE THEM, IT TAKES SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH TO GET THEM BACK INTO AN UPRIGHT POSITION. THE LEVER/HANDLE IS WAY TOO TIGHT. WE HAVE TO PULL WITH BOTH HANDS & ARE ALWAYS WORRIED THEY'LL BREAK FROM THE EFFORT. IT'S NOT WORTH PUTTING THEM IN A RECLINING POSITION.

Chair is not perfect
This chair leans back, even with foot rest down and the right arm rest is not shaped correctly and I can't get the stuffing to go back where it belongs. It is however comfortable when reclining an rocks well. I will not be returning it because I don't need the hassle but would not have bought it if I tried it in a store

I returned it as it wasn't great to start with and sure didn't trust it for ...
Out of the box I slipped the back in and took a seat. Comfy in very puffy sort of way but arms really intrude on seating space (I'm just 6' tall 220 lbs) despite ability to lift them up some. Some pins and staples were already coming out the back and recline mechanism was not only a bit clunky but gave the feeling it wouldn't last along with rest of chair. Also the foot rest fell short as entire ankle/foot dangled over it. Our 20 year old Lazy-boy still felt more solid than this new chair. I returned it as it wasn't great to start with and sure didn't trust it for the long run either.

Some assembly required
Is delivered unassembled. Not a big deal for me, but my wife is pregnant and she couldn't do it so they left the chair unassembled in the living room, and box outside. Not that big of a deal.Chair itself is good for the price. The lever mechanism feels a little tough to un-recline. I'll be writing a follow on review if it turns out this breaks.

Loved it from the moment it left the box
Absolutely have loved this recliner since we took it out of the box. It went together in about 20 seconds. While I wish the seat was a little wider, it's the perfect length and has fantastic head and leg support. The material is sort of a chenille fabric; not my favorite but the color is beautiful. The foam cushioning is strong, comfortable and I can see this easily becoming my favorite chair in the house.
