Ease to install
It was nice but it did not come with the shower pull part,was very durable.Material not to heavy but not cheap feeling.Im sure if you install it right it will not leak.No tools just tight the screw it comes with

Worked perfectly
Great matte black finish. Easy to install and replace our chrome spout. Just some teflon tape and then screw it on the existing 1/2” supply pipe. Easy and done.

Simple and cheap.
I think the direction of the outflow could be improved. The spout wants to spew water back onto the edge of the tub. But for the money it looks good and install was easy. I was able to get a firm fit to tub and someone with very little knowledge could do the install.

Looks great (not cheap) and installs easily.
The stubout for my faucet was 3 inches - too short for most universal tub spouts. I wound up cutting off the corroded threaded fitting to clean up the pipe. Then I just slid this on, leveled the spout, and turned the set screw. That was it. The whole operation took less than 10 minutes (given the old spout had already been removed), including a final polish and putting away the tools. The unit is weighty. The finish is a nice brushed metal - nickel or stainless steel (not a painted-on simulation). Very nice. Would buy again. Highly recommend to others.

Easy install
We had tub resurfaced recently so the black on the new surface change this bathroom.

Water sprays down and backwards out of spout on edge of tub
With decent water pressure, it shoots down and back and gets on the edge of the tub. This product should have a screen to control the water flow better.

Great replacement for waterfall spout
After my tiling job, I discovered the pipe nipple on the waterfall spout I had intended to use would not reach the inside connection so in a pinch I ordered this and used a 5 inch piece of pipe to get my tub/shower working.

Size matters
I know she told you size doesn't matter but in plumbing it does. So check if your pipe is too long or wide enough for the hole, otherwise it does the job. Ps at the bottom you will need to caulk extra hard because there's a gap
