It is a lot of fun for $70
I have been enjoying the Sentro for several months now. I am a knitter with decades of experience, and can report that this machine is not for a new knitter. It is finicky. it does better with certain kinds of yarn. It loves to drop stitches. All of that being said, I love it!!!! There are lots of videos on YouTube on how to operate the machine and fun stuff to create. Watch them. I mostly view it as a stash buster for my yarn, and if everything goes smoothly, you could crank out an infinity scarf in about 30 minutes, secure the edges, and take it off the needles . if you were me, you would then put it in a pile for weeks until you have a chance to sew up the ends or turn it into a loop.

Total junk, don’t bother!
The media could not be loaded. I’m an avid crocheter and thought this would be good to bust my yarn stash with some quick hats and blankets. Out of the box the handle on it did not turn smoothly. I figured out how to make a hat pretty fast as I’ve watched videos on it but the handle is so wobbly and literally leaves plastic shavings on my desk. Crunches and randomly pops very loud as I turn. After the 3rd beanie I’m giving it a big fat thumbs down and going to return it. Disappointed. Needs metal gears and crank handle, not plastic. And legs. I did dismantle it and made sure everything was tight but it didn’t help at all.

Love it!
Love my sentro knitting machine. Fast and high efficiency without a terrible price tag. Thank you, I can't wait to try different size machines now that I'm in love with this one 🙂

I mean… it works!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this little machine a lot for the past few days, and for me I’ve had no issues! The plastic is horrendous quality, truly some of the worst out there, and it does make a lot of noise in use, but it should work just fine as long as you use a Worsted (4) or smaller weight of yarn!

Not to bad
Great idea.Fun item to have but had to get it replaced. First one broke within the first three days. Second one holding up a little better trying not to use it as much.

Best investment!
I have arthritis and some days my hands don't want to work. I'm able to still work on gifts and things while my hands are being a pain. This machine has brought me so much joy!

Worked in the beginning
The 1st picture is with some left over yarn I had lying around because I couldn't get the sample yarn to stay on the hooks of the needles, and it seamed to work just fine, not shown are a couple of practice hats that start out ok, then seam to tighten on the needles some how. So I tried to make sure the knitter only took 1 loop instead of bind up more than one on the needle causing skipped stitches and big gaps in the project, the last practice piece as shown in the picture has a big gap where it skipped stitches, in the bottom portion of the plain color there is a small gap but that wasn't too bad, these gaps and skipped stitches are in the middle of the work not in the beginning but after you have had a successful start, I don't why it binds on the yarn I've made it as loose as can be made slowed down to watch the stitches be formed and dropped, it's at that point that some of the stitches don't drop and stay on the hook causing a gap and the machine to bind. I tried getting the machine to work the "P" stitch and the stitches do not form correctly due to looseness, or I don't understand the Chinese to English institutions that come with them I did try YouTube to see if they had any tutorials and couldn't find one for that stitch. So I'm returning the knitter as Defective, and will purchase 1 that is not so cheaply made or learn how to knit the old fashion way hope this review helps those trying to buy one and have success while using it
