All original Sena products brand new in factory packaging.
For once it's nice to receive an unopened package from amazon. All of the bits and pieces were here as would be if you purchased from a Cycle Gear store or elsewhere.I appreciate that packaging was minimal and the sticky pads did not seem worn out or old. Unlike another reviewer stated, I have not noticed any difference in the audio quality from my Sena 30k original base to this base / mic. They appear and function exactly the same. No reason to worry.Pleased with this purchase though I do think it's a little on the pricier side.
