Beautiful Ladders - well made and great for salt water pool
These ladders are much heavier and sturdier than the steel ladders we replaced. They were simple to put together, just a few bolts for the steps and pool installation was a breeze. They fit perfectly and look 10 times better than the ones we replaced which were rusting out. Have only had them in the pool for a few months now with no signs of rust or wear. Hopefully they will hold up for many years. Although the ladders are expensive, at this point we definitely feel they were worth the money. If they start to show any rust or other wear I will update the review.

Awesome, worth the money!
Easy to assemble. Heavy weight. Super sturdy. It arrived very quickly. My inground pool was built in 2018 and the ladder was already starting to rust. These polymer coated ones look awesome. I got the graphite gray which matches my stairs, coping, and trim pieces on the skimmers and return jets. My only con is the bolts to assemble the ladder are not polymer coated. Hopefully they do not rust in time.

So far so good
So far so good. Looks great and feels sturdy. Does have plastic steps and most I have seen for this price range has metal so a feel its a bit overpriced but what for a swimming pool isn't. Not a deal breaker I was still pretty impressed with it. Will have to wait to see how it holds up. So much better than the original ladder the builder used. I don't even think it was for salt even though the pool was salt from day one.

Warning!!! NOT metal
This ladder is falsely advertised as being coated metal. However, the very first day of using it during our second season, the ladder broke. Looking at the cross section of the broken part, there is NO metal in the ladder - it is made only of what appears to be PVC. I contacted the manufacturer, who stated that they do not deal directly with customers and recommended I contact the seller, as there was a 5-year warranty on the ladder. I contacted the seller (Spreetail), who stated that the ladder was outside the 30-day return window. When advised of the 5-year warranty, they advised I would have to ship the item back to them. So let me understand this - I have to pay to ship an oversized, defective, falsely advertised item back to them to have any hope of resolution?? Which means the ladder that cost me $400 initially can cost me an additional $200?? So $600 into this, and how do I know I’m not going to get another PVC ladder that will break in another year so I can go through the hassle again?? No thanks, I’ll count my losses and move on. Best to avoid in the first place!

Great purchase for the pool
We had our in ground pool resurfaced in early 2024. The existing ladder consisted of a hand rail concreted in to the deck and 3 small concrete ledges built in to the side of the pool. I wanted to eliminate that so I purchased this ladder instead. The installation is pretty straight forward. Cutting in to the existing concrete deck and precisely setting the flush mount brackets in the new concrete would be the most time difficult, dusty, messy and time consuming part of this project. Once installed, the ladder looks fantastic despite the fact that I am a DIY'er and not a contractor. The ladder has been installed and used for the 2024 summer season. At 6'4 / 240lbs, I feel the ladder has too much flex for me to use, comfortably, so I stick to the main stairs in the shallow end. It works just fine for most other family and friends that have used it. The grandson uses it all the time, so it is definitely worth it for me.

Great Ladder
I was a little worried about ordering this ladder on line but it is much heavier than the steel ladder that I had to replace. It was simple to put together just a couple of bolts fits perfect and it looks 10 times better than the stainless steel ladder that I had. Now I don’t have to worry about the ladder rusting out. Definitely worth the money.

Rusted after 3 months
I had high hopes for this ladder for my saltwater pool since my 35 year old aluminum ladder had rusted and I feared for the grandchildren’s safety. I researched ladders for salt water pools, and even though it was pricey, I bought it . It is very nice looking and easy to put together, but after being in the water for only 3 months, ALL of the screws have rusted and have discolored the ladder . And, two of the three steps have developed black spots on them…???? Had I known this would have happened, I would have bought another aluminum one for a third of the price and taken my chances of it rusting … So disappointed 😔
