It's Rockford Fosgate, ofcorse it's good. Interchangeable knobs and the fact you actually get 2 wired level controllers for the price is great. Gives you alot more options and configurations than if you were to buy a different cheaper $10 level controller

Pricey. But, works
Using this volume controller on my DIY-made Bluetooth ammo can speaker build. This Rockford volume controller is wired in between the R-L AUX input and the amplifier. Unit works excellent...no issues with what it is designed to do. However!- Hole cutout is smaller then the other panel mount sockets (had to use reducers, an o-ring and two washers- Package arrived with TWO volume controllers, one panel mount with standard RCA pigtails and one with a goofy rectangular under-dash style controller with a 3.5mm jack paralleled in. (???)- The front panel nameplated gasket that came with the volume controller is flimsy and binds when surface mounted. Almost impossible to "get it aligned straight"- The RCA wires are "okay" but nothing to write home aboutCONCLUSION - Very hard to find a panel/surface mount threaded volume controllers that are electrically shielded like this one. It does the job, but may require some raiding of your parts bin for a custom fit. It screws in solidly...snug and tight fit (which is good). No crackles or "weird" dead spots on the pot. They need to sell "either/or" (not two volume controllers included in one package) and reduce the cost to, say $12/ea vs $30 for two.
