Heater Blower Motor with Fan Cage Fits Nissan Versa 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011, Replaces 27226-EE91C, 700287, 75879, PM9376

Decided to buy this instead of getting rap*d at Auto Zone. Good decision as it works perfectly at a fraction of the cost.

I have an 07 Versa that sat for a few years before i bought it. The ac/heater fan would turn on probably 6/10 times, other times would not. Then it started making a god awful racket. I figured something was stuck in it. I started looking around for replacement blower motors and got this. Installation was easy, I simply had to remove my glovebox. When I removed the original blower motor, it had a lot of insulation and a dead mouse in it. Ew. I replaced it, and it has worked perfectly since then, a few months now. It reaches upwards of 110 degrees where I live in summer so I'm glad I changed it when I did. If I had taken it in to a shop, they would have taken out my entire dash and who knows how much they would have charged me. If I was able to replace the part myself, anybody with a Phillips screwdriver can.

Great product. Cost $120 at parts store if they have it. Mice built a nest in the fan and shredded the sqirrel fan. Replaced the fan and cabin filter and A/C and heater works great. Downside is manufacturers do not sell just the squirrel fan at least that I could find. Consumers have to spend more for another motor and fan combo. This means an extra fan motor to dispose of. What a waste.
