10 PACK-BLACK-6X6 FENCE POST PLASTIC CAP-(5 5/8 X 5 5/8) Pressure Treated Wood Made In USA

We needed caps for our deck post, so found these and ordered them. They are just a thick plastic but seem to be holding up. There was nowhere to screw them into the post so we used construction adhesive. Please note, putting a blob of glue in the center and pushing the cap on will cause the center of the cap to sink in as the glue dries. Nothing to do with the caps, they are fine. We just didn’t think about that being a thing and wish we had know so we could have just glued the edges rather than in the center as well. Learn from us.

The original caps on the fence posts gave up after several years. The ones available at HD don't fit. These fit fine. Painted them gold first for an added pizazz.

Great value! Just place them on - I did not screw them in. Clean easily and give a finished look!

I purchased these because other reviews and answers said they would fit my 6x6 posts but they do not. I am going to either have to sand down the post or try to heat the caps, try to stretch them to fit the 6x6 post.

I bought these because I didn't want anything fancy and the low cost was very nice for a 10-pack. I didn't expect anything extravagent, but I didn't expect the flimsy cheap looking plastic either. They totally took away from my refurbished deck. I returned these and purchased a different product that was also plastic (solar). It was a little more than double the cost (for an 8-pack) but they look amazing. The plastic is firm and the post caps look amazing - instead of taking away from my deck, the replacement solar / plastic posts enhanced the look dramatically.

These are very hard to find and especially at an affordable price. We added to our neighborhood entrance posts and it looks great!

These work great, be gentle with them as they will crack. Much cheaper on ebay but I think it's a different manufacturer and they are even more brittle as I had to order a few extra and found them cheaper on the above mentioned website. I used them to put on 6 x 6 posts that were starting to rot in the center-tops so I think mine were "swollen".

The post caps are easy to use I secured them with some Lexel adhesive by adding it in the cap then installing. The have been all summer and look great.

Looks and feels like very good quality material it has already hold up on my patio post a full year summer and winter only down side is youll need to make your own holes to screw it down or any kind of good glue \adhesive to hold it down otherwise good product overall !

The fit was great, even after the posts had nothing on them for 3 years

There is nothing more to say but how nice this product is.

Recomend to screw to post. Fit was excellent.
