I actually got these in size 7 for my kid who usually wears a size 10. They fit around the waist but come up right under the knee, and fit well. They like to show off their socks. And the price is amazing!

The price on these is fairly priced. Giving 4 stars because after a few games, my son gets holes in the knees from sliding.

These fit well, were comfortable and have a very nice drape to them. In short they look fantastic on your kid. They are also softer so if your child has texture issues these MAY work better than other brands. However this same softness makes them a little less durable - a little, they are a tad thinner. But these pants have a mere one more snag in them than what my son had last year, no holes at all and the pants were certainly not see through. I mean the difference is slight, and he played little league this year, not tee ball or coach pitch so he was on a real field and sliding. I was worried after reading other reviews but I’m glad I attributed those reviews to an unfamiliarity with athletic fabrics and got them. I mean ideally you want your kid to be focusing on the game and not how scratchy their pant are, so there’s that. I got a size 7 and my son is a small 8 year old.

My son said these are super comfy; however, after sliding on the gym floor he put a hole in the knee.
