I bought this one because my other one (from a different company using a different app) just stopped finding things on my phone.When I received this one I did what most people do which is plug it in, download the app, click on my phone to choose which items to copy over and..... why isn't it working? Well its because the user experience in confusing and not intuitive. You actually have to go to the drive and click the + and From Library. Once I did that everything copied fine and now it makes me wonder if the drive I threw away was also not intuitive (it had been a while since I used it).You SHOULD just have to click on your phone, select the files you want to copy over and hit MOVE. It would be so much more intuitive. But I believe these drives and probably the app are created by a third party and these sellers just purchase them in bulk, put their name on them and name their version of the app whatever they want so everyone is using the same hardware and the same software instead of making their own.In any case, Step #2 of the instructions is what you want to know how to move stuff from your phone onto this drive. And it works great.

I just started using this drive. I was hopeful it would be an easy way to move large files around from phone to computer without cloud uploads. However, the first day, the handle broke on the slide mechanism that moves the usb and phone connection back and forth. seriously? this will make it even more difficult to insert into my computer. Also, my android device still isn't seeing this drive.Update May 12. 2021 - I returned this faulty drive & received a refund. Then, after much searching, I purchased another drive & have been very happy with it. I just received my flash drive. I love it. It was very easy to save over 5000 photos on it. It took several minutes to get them on my drive but I did have a lot of files. It is easy to retrieve files again. It is a great buy for the money. No regrets.

I wanted a flash drive that let me move photos between my new iPad and my computer more easily. For the amount of storage space you can get on a flashdrive, it feels like an altogether better deal to drop $15-$20 on one of these instead of ~$100 to go up a size in storage space on the tablet itself. I like how many different input/output options there are for this drive (a micro USB adapter was included with my order).

I just received the product but I was so excited to use it so I did. It was very easy to follow the instructions in the manual. I was able to create and organize the folders of my pictures and videos easily so that I could clear up the storage in my cellphone. It worked really fast - even if I had a lot of files to be copied (up to 300 pictures + 100 minute-long video clips) in one sitting, it took me less than a minute to copy them all. I think the only downside is that I wish it had some kind of case or cover. I'm afraid I might break either of the sides when I place it in my purse. Oh and I love the color. I got the pink one.UPDATE:Photos and videos are still in the flashdrive. Videos are still working properly while they are attached to the iPhone. Currently hating the fact that I have to full-force push the white part of the flashdrive in order to attach it to my laptop. I also hate that when I copy-paste or transfer the videos from the flashdrive to my laptop, they don't play. Even if the file ends in (.mov) and it's Quicktime or whatever. The photos transfer well though.I used to give this product 4-stars. I'm giving it now 1 star.

Highly Recommend This PRODUCT! Saw a review for this flash drive on TikTok and I was convinced... I’ve never been to take off my videos from my iPhone (I currently have the iPhone 11) and put them on my laptop with no problems, but with this flash drive it’s taken off my all my videos with ease. Another problem I’ve come across is not being able to take off my live or portrait photos from my iPhone and put them on my laptop; which is Windows laptop, and this drive does take off them off no problem, only downside is that you can’t edit them in the iPhone photos, if you decide to take them off and then re-add them to your photo later. Like when you take a Live Photo and then edit the photo where you can choose which you want to be the cover photo, that won’t be possible to try and open if you choose to take the photo off your phone then later put it back on..... Hey, but I can’t complain because before I couldn’t even take those kinds of photos off with out being able to open the file on my windows laptop. And now I can see all my pictures and videos! The only down side, which is not really a problem, is that I had to take off my phone case to plug in the flash drive into my phone, but beside that all good!!! If you have a Apple computer or laptop you probably wouldn’t need this, but for all Windows and other non-Apple computers and laptops this is definitely something to invest in!

I bought this because I want a new phone and it takes forever to put pictures on my computer from my phone. This way I can easily plug this straight from my phone to my computer or to another device. The app is easy to use and it comes with step by step instructions. I bought the warranty for it just in case, but so far have no problems with it. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I had to take my case off for it to fit in my phone, but that is not a huge problem. It is nice because it blinks when it is copying photos which helps show that it is working, it will also show you on your phone that it is copying the photos. I like this better than a regular usb thumb drive because of the amount of storage it as has, as well as being able to plug it straight into my phone and then straight into the computer. An awesome product that I would recommend to others.

I bought this USB two days ago. It did transfer all my videos on my iPhone quite quickly, but when transferring the photos, it came up with this message (see photo). I don’t know what to do and how to contact the Luv-share technical support, I googled it but I couldn’t find anything

Bought this for my 86 year old mother who is recovering from a stroke in hospital so that she could look at family photos and videos on her ipad, to relieve the boredom of extremely long days. So happy that it arrived promptly and I quickly got to work loading it up. When finished, I plugged it in to my own Ipad and was surprised to see none of the major videos were showing. All were in MP4 format. I noticed that some smaller MOV videos were playing, so I converted one of the MP4s to MOV, even though it says it is compatible with MP4, added to the stick, tested it on my own Ipad, but found it missing. Strangely, the stick is showing nearly full, even though nearly all the video files & a lot of photos are missing.Probably should return it but can't be bothered. Certainly isn't fit for purpose.Have just ordered a standard USB drive and a USB to Ipad connector for less money which am hoping to will work far better.

I'm always short on storage, I don't know how, but I am and I was tired to play the "what app am I gonna delete" game so I got this USB drive and I'm really happy with it! Not only can I save my pictures easily but I also can put audio on the USB and listen to those by only connecting it to my phone! I listen to a lot of meditation audios and audiobooks who can rack up a lot of space but I put them on the drive and connect it to my phone when I want to listen to them! I can see how this little yet nifty thing is going to make things easier from now on! Owning an iPhone, we know it can be tedious to transfer things from the phone to the computer, but that's no longer an issue! Not to mention I got the rose gold one and it looks really cute! Everything worked very well and seamlessly for me, there's barely a need for instructions, everything is very straightforward! If you run out of data quickly but don't want to delete your precious videos and pictures, then that's a must have!

I bought this for my iPhone 11. My storage is way too full so I needed a USB to free up space. So far, it’s working for my iPhone 11 and transfers photos/videos quick which is what I bought it for..I didn’t download the “LUV-share” app as mentioned on this ad. Instead, I downloaded the app “Y-disk” that was mentioned on the user guide manual that came with the packaging. (Not sure which app is best?)Also, the pic I have attached you can see that it only says 124.9GB available when it’s being advertised as 128GB (why is that?).The delivery was also fast so that’s a plus since I needed one right away (Originally, said it would take a week to deliver, but I got it in 2 days).I’ll come back for an update to see how well this lasts for :)
