Very good camera, HomeKit integration works well with one caveat
For the price, this is an excellent camera. Resolution of the video is good and HomeKit integration works well. There is only one caveat to HomeKit, that live video does not work when your off your local wifi network. But this is an issue with Etisalat and Du who are blocking the network protocol that streams the live video outside your home, hopefully they will resolve it soon. The workaround is to view recorded video in HomeKit which works perfectly or to use the Eufy app. For the price and HomeKit secure video integration, I strongly recommend this camera.

WOW
What a magical little thing. POSITIVES: -easy and clutter free unboxing experience -included power brick and decently long Micro USB cable -super straight forward setup process : plugin the camera, scan the QR code on the bottom, assign it to wifi network and voila! -SUPERB video quality (make sure to insert an SD card for 2K max resolution) either 2K or 1080p -CRYSTAL CLEAR 2 way audio -SUPER fast connection and streaming -truly SMART face/motion/sound detection which you can adjust the sensitivity for -INSTANT notifications to all home members -BREEZY playback (no scrubbing) of recorded video -Many cameras can be added -NO CLOUD STORAGE SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED -NO HOMEBASE NEEDED (connects directly to your wifi) -VERY INTUITIVE app UI design NEGATIVES: -in the app, no "overview" of all cameras at the same time, you have to view all cameras one by one.(not really a negative at all, barely an inconvenience)

Good product. Room for enhancements.
The camera is good, does what is expected from it. But unfortunately, it does disconnect from the network from time to time and requires reset. I would have really liked the option to connect it through the homebase and use it for recording videos instead of using an external memory card. It should at least be an option for those who have the homebase. Overall, good product. Let's if it's going to disconnect again or not.

Great camera features, great supporting software
The camera features fit my requirements well - good resolution, effective night-vision, wide field of vision. It also has a speaker, so I can use it like an intercom, and it can issue alarm sounds when it detects motion. The supporting software is great too. I can access the camera remotely (so long as my home network is active). It alerts me via the app on my phone if the camera detects movement. It can also set the camera on a schedule (e.g. active from 7am to 9pm, inactive otherwise). The only con for me is its reliance on a USB cable, and it's too small a con to really matter to me. The supplied cable is not very long, so if you're placing it somewhere that's pretty far from a plug point, you'd need to grab a long cable.

Great product for its price
Fairly clear camera that supports Apple home kit recording. All in all, very satisfied.

The camera works well and good size to have it on the wall.

I'm in the process of upgrading my cameras for home security and having previously bought D-Link, I was initially tempted to carry on with them until I worked out how much it would cost! I started looking for alternatives and came across Eufy. After many hours of watching YouTube reviews, I could see that on a "bang for buck" rating, these were very good. I found this camera on Amazon for £37.99 and there was a 20% discount available so I thought for £30ish, I'd give it a go. Best £30ish I've spent in a while! I really like the easy of set-up and use of this camera. Literally, download the app, follow the install, camera working. The added bonus is that you can use the camera with Apple Homekit, although in Homekit, not all functions are available. The camera has a mic and speaker so you can talk directly to the person at the other end. There is clever AI which can tell the difference between a person, pet or other motion. You can mount it upside down and in the app rotate the image and get notification of any triggers to the camera. There is also an option to have pet commands should you want to stop fido or the kids jumping on the sofa. I'm now looking to add more of the Eufy cameras to my property and will be pleased to do so. You do need to purchase a separate microSD for the camera, but if you factor into the price that you can get a 64GB class 10 Sandisk card for less than £10, it's mean I have a good quality camera set-up for £40 with features you'd expect to pay double that for!

I’m primarily using this for baby monitor. It can be used for other house applications as well. I really liked it. Full of features.

I have owned many indoor cameras and these rate as one of the best. The picture quality is detailed and sharp and being wired can be used 24/7. Alternatively you can set up a recording schedule. As standalone cameras they have nice features which are available without subscription unlike other brands. One of the most useful of these is the picture notification when motion is detected, which can be disabled if preferred. There are various settings to adjust the video and audio streaming or recorded quality. You can set up activity zones for motion detection and there is also audio detection which is great for those with babies. Pet command allows you to customise a message to be broadcast on the camera speaker if a pet is detected. Most importantly I found the motion detection to be very reliable and the notifications arrived very quickly. I own a homebase 3 unit and there is an option to connect the cameras to the homebase unit so videos are saved on the homebase rather than the micro SD card. Unfortunately these indoor cams currently dont seem to be able to use the homebase 3 AI face detection features. I have owned a pair of these cameras for several years and they are still going strong. Highly recommended

I bought two of these for my elderly Mum's house (it was actually her idea) after a couple of falls meant I needed a better way to easily see that she's not on the floor unable to get up. Very easy to install, connects to existing WiFi and uses a microSD card (maximum of 128GB) which according to the spec sheet, will give 288hrs of recording at 1080p. There's no real reason why you'd want to set these up to record 2K as the 1080p option is already extremely clear...I mean, the video is perfect. The quality of the recorded sound is also excellent. It also has a microphone so you can talk through it via the app. They have a wide angle of view and the night vision is excellent. The eufy app gives you a decent amount of options regarding storage, notifications, etc. I can also view both cameras 'live' on the app in additon to going back as long as the storage will allow...when the microSD card is full, it starts to record over the oldest files. I can also go straight to the 'events' section which will show 2 minutes (or however long you decide) or video and audio when movement is detected...the 'AI' will flag if this is simply movement (the sun suddenly shining on a wall), a person, or a pet. You can also set the delay before recording after the camera detects movement. I've found the motion detection is very good. Overall, a great little camera if you don't need to store weeks of recordings. The only issue I've had is one of the simetimes disconnects from the network so it can't be viewed via the app. Sometimes remotely rebooting the camera will fix it (which you can do via the app) but sometimes I've had to physically turn it off/on again, which if course isn't ideal if the entire point of the camera is to circumvent being in the room it's monitoring.
