Not good for a beginner as no temperature numbers are mentioned. You cannot know what is the temperature etc not much user friendly and I have seen oven does not get hot as it should be.

Within a month of purchase, one of the burners started showing problems…in spite of writing to the concerned authorities…the problem is yet to be fixed…quite disappointing…

Its better to put in a little extra bucks and buy a better brand. the performance of the product is not the great. the flames are not stable and burns the handles of the utensils. the ignite mechanism stopped working after the first week. Grilling is absolutely hopeless. it is mentioned closed door grilling. but if the door is closed the flames goes off emitting a lot of risky gas. for home grilling i guess electronic grilling is better.

The glass door on this product shattered, thousands of glass pieces on my kitchen floor and on my feet. Looks like the glue holding the glass door mounting has dried and as a result the glass door fell and broke. I spent over an hour talking with Amazon, despite the product being 6 months old and under warranty their only response was;''Yes sir we can see the product is under warranty, it will be collected over the next 2 days between 8am and 6pm (I'll just quit my job then) and it will take about 3 weeks to repair.''So I have a new product under warranty, a product which is used every day to prepare food and I need to find a way to live without it for 3 weeks because of a manufacturer default......hmmm something doesn't seem logical here. What if my foot had been directly under the glass door when it fell and shattered?Amazon once again proving to be absolutely useless when it comes to solutions, proving to be absolutely useless when required to address a situation with a non-auto-response attitude.
