I was very impressed with the quality of this tow hitch. It's exceptionally solid, well-built, and gives you confidence that it can handle the job when needed. Great towing receiver shackle! Man this was perfect for moving/dragging utility poles around the ranch. Just hooked the chain right to the shackle and went to work! Kept reading some people complaining about screw pin falling out and lost, never had that issue and it was just hand tightened. No problem here and would definitely recommend.

Quality is great, the only flaw that I found was on the pin was not deburred, causing it to not want to go through the hole, but with the help of a hammer, I was able to knock the burr down and allow clearance
