Delicious, Healthy, Filling!
This is the only protein mix that I buy now. I love that it's designed for women, high protein, low calorie, natural ingredients AND IT TASTES GREAT! I mix mine with some frozen berries and spinach and viola! I have the perfect protein shake. It's quite filling too and I don't need to eat anything for a few hours after I take it. Highly recommend!
