Product arrived from delivery truck--was nicely packaged on a pallet
Product arrived from delivery truck--was nicely packaged on a pallet. Had a little problem installing one of the wheels, as some metal was bent and in the way to hold the nut with a wrench or socket. Ended up using a screwdriver to jam in-between nut and metal bar. That was really the only problem assembling. Really the only assemble was installing the wheels and bars to be able to lock the doors, as well as placing the shelves where I needed them.Overall I like the product except for the issue stated above. If I hadn't had a problem with the bent metal inside the cabinet, I would have given it 5 stars. If money were no object, I would have purchased Stanley Vidmars.

This DOES require some assembly - wish the description would be updated
This was NOT fully assembled. I was looking for something I could take out of the box and put into place. However, the caster wheels are not on the unit, and need to be assembled onto the cabinet via a mixture of nuts, bolts and washers, using a specifically-sized socket wrench. And the cabinet has to be turned on its side for this assembly. As the cabinet is heavy, this is not easy.To install the casters, the nuts have to be held on the outside while the bolts are being tightened from the inside. This requires two people, especially for the back casters. It is impossible for one person to tighten the bolts on the back casters on the back inside of the cabinet while holding the outside nuts. After doing all this, the heavy cabinet has to be LIFTED back up.When I called Sandusky, they pointed out that this is sold by Amazon. They said they have no control over what Amazon puts on the item description. I brought this to Amazon's attention, and they said they would update the description. Yet the description still says no assembly, and says nothing about assembling the caster wheels. Finally, the inside top and sides of the cabinet are rusted with what looks like spots, as if it was wet at some point. I was able to come to a resolution with Sandusky on this.Forgot to mention I had to assemble the door handle/bar assembly, which I still haven't been able to get to work properly. Also, it came with keys for locking, but the keys do not even fit. Fortunately, I don't care about locking the cabinet.

Solid cabinet
Cabinet was shipped and delivered by trucking company due to size. It was received in good condition and required minimal assembly. Attaching the wheels with the provided wrench would be difficult, so I recommend you have a good socket wrench and and adjustable wrench to speed up the process. The cabinet is well built for the price and the wheels make for easy moving around my garage. This is a good investment if you're looking for storage in your garage or work shop.

Damaged product upon arrival
I received this item with a dent in the corner of 1 of the doors. Then went to put the base with the wheels and 3 out of the 4 areas where the wheels attach to the base were bent upwards. The wheels don't touch the ground. My facilities manager had to take a mull hammer and blocks of wood to get the base flat again to use. We are keeping it as they fixed the base. There is a sticker in Orange stating the package was inspected. Not sure when. Just an FYI

Acceptable for garage use.
Nice size and color. Spot welded instead of full weld, so back looks dimpled. Missing rod guides; told they would be sent. Very pleasant on the phone.

Cheaply made
I though I was paying more for quality over what you'd see at Sears. Unfortunately, that is not at all the case. Both enclosures arrived dented. I hammered them back into place in the interest of being done with my project, and I didn't want to deal with a return. The metal is thinner than the Craftsman unit that I have, and the hinges are poorly made. The Craftsman has full-length piano hinges, while the Sandusky has short and fragile hinges, one of which was completely bent on arrival. The doors don't line up right as a result, so I have to jerk up on the door when closing it.I absolutely would not recommend these to anyone.

Not very heavy duty
The cabinet is not a very heavy duty item for the cost. I should have bought one from Sams Club for half the cost.
