Galaxy S7 Case, VRS Design [Crystal Bumper][Rose Gold] - [Clear Cover][Military Grade Protection] For Samsung S7

I have had this case since December 5, and it has been on (mostly) ever since. It's got one of the most cleanest designs of any hybrid clear bumper case for the Galaxy S7 and I have no regrets for this.I also have the Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal, and while both retain a good look, this one matches the color of the phone better. It's also quite scratch resistant, as it took a scraping in the pool to get some marks. The back panel is quite thick, but you can still use NFC and Worked Charging, like I do. There is maximum coverage on this case, meaning it covers the edge of camera with a little bumper, and even in between the Heat Rate Monitor and the camera. The HRM has a little notch at the side, so you can correctly place your finger at the edge, and it won't feel sharp on the finger. And there are no signs of yellowing to be found, or peeling/diminishing of the color around the plastic bumper. I found that this case has a little less front bezel, buy way more around the sides, when compared to the Spigen NHC. But there is still plenty in the front, and it doesn't limit the ability to swipe from the edge, which is good. This case had a well enough grip, as you can easily hold it one-time handed, as I am right now.Throughout my experience, this case's durability has kept my GS7 looking pretty clean, with no signs of scuffing from drops. When underwater, water does enter the case, meaning you must take it off and wash it and your phone in tap water. Speaking of which, this case is quite tight, more than other cases, and it takes some strength to get your phone in and out. But after a month, it should surely be loosened, as I occasionally use my Gear VR. The holes are plenty big, but the headphone jack port opening is just enough to go around the circle, which is less compared to the Spigen. The micro USB port is almost twice as wide as the original connector's size, meaning you can use (most) third party cables, like I do. The buttons are unlike any I've seen on a case, as they are separate pieces of plastic that are loosely held within the frame, but you can still shake it when the phone is out, and nothing will come out. The because of their design, the buttons are clicky, w/ a great feel, with lots of tactile feedback.A cool thing I've noticed about this particular case is that the bumper creates this Halo effect, where you can see clearly a reflected world between the edge of the case and the phone. You can also try turning on your flashlight and covering it, to create a sort of lamp, with the light refracting everywhere.In conclusion this case is really good for what it is, and I extremely recommend this. This was my first VRS Design product, and it probably won't be my last.

I ordered this case before the S7 even came out because I wanted to have one ready for when I got the phone. It fits perfectly and I really appreciate that there is no big logo across the back of the case like some other brands have. This just has a small logo on the side which I didn't even notice at first. The pink color is light and shimmery, I like the way it looks with my gold phone. The only negative point I have is that the buttons on the case that cover the volume and lock buttons on the side are loose, so you can hear them rattling whenever you move the phone.

I am going on 3 years with this phone case, and I have 0 complaints. 99% of the time, I have completely forgotten that my phone has a case on it, until someone asks me about it-- it is so thin and blends so seamlessly with the body of my phone that it's hardly noticeable. And I am a pretty clumsy person-- I have dropped my phone (on concrete!) quite a few times these past 3 years, and the only damage that my phone has incurred was a tiny 1 cm scratch in the screen that I have to actually look for to notice it. I would buy this case again in a heartbeat, and have recommended it to several friends.

Case is attractive and fits Galaxy S7 well. But, BE CAREFUL when removing the colored plastic outer rim. The power button on the rim fell out without my noticing which makes it almost impossible to turn the phone on or off. Took me quite awhile to locate the small plastic button insert and reinstall. It attaches to the rim by inserting from the inside of the rim through the power hole and aligning the slot of the button to the rim. Best case scenario, never remove the rim and protective case. But, if one uses the phone with an Oculus or has to replace the screen protector, take care.

I often carry too much at one time and inevitably drop my phone frequently but this protector has left my phone completely unscratched, without a cracked screen, and clean..... my phone still looks brand new! This protector is so sleek and does not even look like I have a case on my phone. After nearly two years, I dropped my phone one too many times and the plastic piece that fits around the phone broke at the bottom. I purchased a replacement and expect it to last longer than the phone itself since phones seem to significantly slow down right around two years of use.

This case is both slim and extremely protective. It doesn't offer as much protection as some of the bulkier cases, but I personally like that it's slimmer and am willing to make that trade off. With that said, I am a klutz and I drop my phone a lot - this case has protected the phone itself from getting so much as a scratch. The metal edges really provide a good barrier for those falls where the phone lands on a corner. Would definitely recommend this case, and I will certainly be buying another of these when mine finally shows too many signs of wear.

I have really enjoyed the case so far (about 3 weeks). I only dropped my phone twice and that was once on carpet and once on tile but on it's back so I'm not sure how much it truly protects the phone. I love the fact the phone case is thin and not bulky. I would recommend to others. I'm sad that even though it is thin it doesn't fit in the Gear VR.

I bought this thinking it looked like a very pretty but somewhat dubiously flimsy case (after all, it's clear and thin and no where near the bulky armor of those indestructible cases), but I've accidentally dropped my phone about 5 times now, and each time I've dropped it from a height of about 3 feet, it has bounced and then landed on the ground without damage to the actual phone, just some small dents and scratches on the metal part of the case. I would definitely buy more of these!

Bought this to replace exactly the same case on my wife's phone. The original lasted well over a year of hard use so I was half to replace with the same. I have the same case in the silver colour on my own phone and it is still going strong after 18 months of even harder use! If it did have an issue, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same again.

Correction - buttons are too loose and they fell out so I had to send back. Brilliant protection, just a little too much bulk to the phone, probably adds at least a 3mm thickness but it will protect the phone so top marks for this

Bulky, not very form-fitting and ports too fat so charger would not connect.

There has been a colour change with the case so now a funny gold colour even though i brought silver. But has protected my phone against many drops pretty well.

Good case, shows off the phone, and protects it, a little on the slippery side though, but the best of the transparent type avaliable in the market
