The product was just what I was looking for.

My total cholesterol had been creeping up, although I had excellent HDLs of 72. My doctor said my ratio was good, but I needed to try to bring total under the 200 mark. Had used Res-Q 3 years prior and it brought my numbers down, so tried it again. My latest test, approximately 3 months after starting the new product with the co-Q10 included were: total cholesterol 149, HDLs 68, LDLs 71, triglycerides 50. Can't do much better than that and statins are terrible on my body--cramps, nausea, joint pain, rashes. Have used regular RYR for close to 20 years, along with fish oil, and it's kept numbers adequately in control, but this new product has brought numbers to "statin" levels. Husband is switching and so is another family member.

I started this regime and take one a day after recommendation from my regular physician. I also do one 1250 rezq fish oil. My numbers are all normal and until this maintenence plan, were all high across the board.

I am so amazed with the success of this product. I struggled with high cholesterol for many years. I eat healthy for the most part, but I have an hereditary issue. Total went down 56 points, LDL dropped 67 points.
