It's not overpowering like the old yellow jackets but it's got more kick than coffee. I take it after my 4am gym workout and before I head to work. Every now and then I might get some slight, very slight jitters. Not debilitating jitters by any means, they're few and far between though, and feels like you got to get something done. Best part is that you only take 1 or 2 in the am and that's it, no other pills to take! Lost 2.6lbs of fat and gained 2.8lbs of muscle in the first 2 weeks adding this to my routine according to my body comp. scan. I'll be ordering another bottle soon.

This stuff is legit. Most products of this nature do absolutely nothing for me, not only do I get crazy energy that’s not overpowering but when I hit a plateau in my weight loss/muscle building this helps me over the hump no problem. I don’t recommend taking 2 at the same time - that made me feel super woozy and hyped. One does the trick just fine. I take it in the morning before work and about a half hour before my late afternoon workout.

Taking the product caused horrible stomach aches that prevented me from leaving bed sometimes. There's other products that are more desirable with lower prices.

I've been using iSatori products for years! I was really bummed when they stopped making lean system 7, so I decided to give this a try. I am really happy with how this product controls my appetite. It really has me on track with my intermittent fasting. It gives me a boost of energy and I've lost fat with weight lifting, cardio and hiking. I have not experienced jitters, I only use 1 pill per workout day. It really boost my weight lifting! Very happy using this product. Oh, the review that mentions headaches probably has a caffeine sensitivity. When using this product I would suggest not using any other products or drinks that contain caffeine.
