I would say it’s very good but always check the size I got this one which appears little bit smaller than what I expected I had another one from whirlpool brand but it was bigger in dimensions around one inch from each side. The insider dish diameter is just an exact fit for my kitchen set of dishes. Could be too small for some people so plz if you can visualize the item in the market before you buy it’s much better. Also some will find the bottons menu difficult to navigate, for me I’m used to hard findings and reading booklets.

This replaced our old, broken microwave and it works amazing. Also looks great.

I ordered this microwave two days before and I found a defective piece as one side of the microwave body had a dent and hole and the packaging box was also damaged. Then I requested for a return and replace it with another piece. To my surprise, the new piece which I received today also is damaged. It doesn’t sit properly as one of the leg at the base is missing. The quality of products being sold here has become bad to worse and mostly defective items are found here. It’s a waste of time in shopping in Amazon. The delivery and return speed was good though.

This Samsung microwave is excellent. It runs quietly and has a good 23L capacity for everyday use. The auto cook and melt functions work really well, and there are plenty of preset options for different foods, which makes it super convenient. It looks sleek in black, is easy to clean, and feels solidly built. Overall, a great all-round microwave. Had an old Samsung microwave that worked fine but it had a dial to adjust the power and time. The dial broke so it was very temperamental - one turn could add 6 minutes on, or maybe 30 seconds, or remove time and go back to 0. It would take multiple turns and adjustments to land on the time you need, it was luck-based and very annoying. So I got this one that is just buttons. All buttons actually. And buttons are good. No, actually, buttons are great. They push in and out. And when you do that, it does one thing. If you press that button again, it does the same thing again for a second time. If you press it again after that, it does the same thing a third time. Nice and predictable. Very binary - "digital" - in fact. Which is ironic because manufacturers think being modern is fitting an analogue dial onto their appliances. Yet we live in a digital age, which is better suited to buttons. So if you hate dials or have had a bad experience with one (like I have). Get buttons on your microwave instead. It just won't look as flashy as a dial one.

Bought to replace a more expensive Panasonic from which paint was flaking badly in what was clearly a manufacturing/design/quality issue after under 18 months - which Panasonic deemed to be perfectly reasonable! Samsung not usually a brand I'd consider, in part due to past experience with reliability many, many years ago and also because they seem overloaded with features and haven't always been intuitive. This product has changed my perception. Build quality appears excellent, the product is made in Malaysia not China and it feels very robust and looks sleek and stylish. The ceramic interior also looks extremely durable - time will tell. Most surprisingly is how incredibly simple the microwave is to use - I'd say even easier than a basic manual 2-dial model. Features are useful and work well and the machine cooks and defrosts very evenly - much better than the Panasonic with its 'Invertor' technology which was prone to cold spots. Reassuringly quiet and smooth in operation too and the turntable turns smoothly, unlike the juddering Panasonic. The main manual has to be downloaded, but the machine is so simple a quick read of the included Simple User Manual will get you up and running no time. Two negatives, neither of which warrant knocking off a star. Firstly, the interior light truly is as awful and pointless as other reviews mention - you can just about see a vague shadow rotating! Second, navigating Samsungs convoluted, buggy car crash of a site to a) register the product and then b) claim your extended guarantee is painful in the extreme. All in all though looks a bargain price for a premium brand machine.

Pros: First of all it looks great, the design is very modern and sleek. It is a market leader brand. The interior is ceramic which is a nice touch. I like the 24hr clock on the screen and once I figured out the different settings, it has quite a few useful functions. It seems to work fine, and it rotates as it should, I only really use it for packet rice etc and defrosting, I’ve not tried defrosting yet and will post an edit when I do. It is faster than my previous model which was a 10 year old 700w Russell Hobbs, as this is 800w and that’s a noticeable difference. It’s quieter than my previous model. Cons: you can barely see through the door, which other people have mentioned too, but to be honest this doesn’t bother me too much. I can see something turning in there vaguely if I turn the kitchen lights off haha. The paper instructions provided are very basic, but if you register the device on Samsung online by scanning QR code on top then there is a much more thorough online manual. That said, the instructions are far more complicated than they need to be, I could probably work out the controls of an Airbus A320 quicker. Another thing, it gets very warm (almost hot) to the touch on the exterior sides and top when in use for over 10 mins, I did some research and apparently this can be normal with microwaves depending on the model so nothing to worry about. Only has a 1 year warranty. All in all, I like it as it does what I need it for and looks great. Also I got it for £80 which isn’t bad. EDIT: Defrost function wasn’t that good, the ‘poultry 300g’ was only a 2 minute duration and that wasn’t enough to defrost the chicken breasts. I put it on again but then it started to cook slightly on the edges, I mean maybe I need to trial and error a bit.
