in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

I ordered this pills for the second time and when I opened the bottle the pills colour looks different , and it has a bad smell !!

The product arrived in very poor condition. It was not properly sealed, all the pills were stuck together, and there was a very unpleasant smell. Waste of money. The item is not eligible for return, which makes it even more disappointing. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.
