Samsung Galaxy S7 Case Clear Protective Cover - Silver (Not for S7 Edge)

I went with the case for a couple reasons.1. Who better to get a case for than the maker of the phone itself2. The price dropped in half on amazon at the time.I was a little worried reading other reviews about a sticky residue left behind. I'm pretty sure they must have forcefully taken off a plastic layer on the back of the case that isn't meant to be taken off. It's kind of obvious what to do, but I guess I can see how that can be mistaken. Only one protective film comes off. It comes off easy.I wanted a minimal case, so I can put this down on the table without having to worry about wrecking my phone. I really like how this case looks on my phone. No bulk added. It fits perfectly. It looks great. I'm usually not a case person, but for me, this one is a keeper. You still have a cool looking phone with this case on.

I looked at this exact case at Wal-Mart for OVER twice as much money. Actual Samsung case.It has nice chrome looking edge that has cut outs for buttons and slots, exactly what I wanted, not where they are covered. The rest of the case is clear, which is perfect because I could print photos and put them between the case and phone using it as a photo frame. It is better than buying a case with a design on it because I can change the photo anytime.(photos will need trimmed to fit)The case is about a 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch thick, shiny and smooth. Perfect for me because I always keep my phone in my front pocket, easy to put in and take out. Not big and bulky.

This,is very stylish case. It really protects my new phone from scratches. I have a habit dropping my phone which makes,this a product a necessity.

I have the S7, not the "Edge" model. This case looks nice, is slim, and doesn't interfere too much with the front edge of the phone. That's good, because I really like the feel of the front edge, how the screen just kind of slides off the edge. The buttons and ports are all easily accessible. The phone will charge on my wireless charging pad with the case on.My gripe is that I'm not sure how protective the case will be. My primary need is for the phone to be protected when I drop it twice a year. It's hard plastic, which doesn't seem as shock absorbing when it hits the ground. The case I had on my S5 wrapped around the front, ruining the "front edge feel" I mentioned earlier, but if the phone did a screen-first faceplant, as it did once, it was ok. I'm not sure the result would be the same with this case. If appearance and form factor are most important to you, this case will be good. If you're a frequent phone dropper, I don't think I'd feel safe with this one.

I've been having a difficult time find a case which provides some protection to my beautiful, sleek Samsung Galaxy S7, because most of the cases have been pushing up against my screen protector (that's another story altogether), and causing it to bubble up / peel off the screen. This case doesn't do that, because it only comes up very slightly higher than the screen on all sides, not all the way up and over the screen like other cases have done (I've tried 5 different cases so far). It's a hard plastic that would surely crack if dropped on a hard surface such as concrete or pavement, and if the phone hits bottom or top first, I'm sure it won't protect the phone sufficiently to prevent scratching/breaking of the phone unless it falls directly on one of the corners. The bottom is exposed completely, as is the top and the cut-outs for the power and volume buttons. But it's sleek and beautiful as the phone itself, not detracting from the appearance but in fact enhancing it. It is very aesthetically pleasing. It feels slippery in the hand, which I fear will cause me to drop it sooner or later. The back is clear, and I got the silver version (even though I have the black phone) and it looks elegant and expensive.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's not a natural klutz and has a tendency to drop their phone.

This case looks fancy and designed by Samsumg. Do no fool yourself, even rubber and plastic gets expired with oxidation! Actually my initial review was 4 stars! After about 4 months, in addition to starts peeling the case pops out on corners leaving your screens unprotected. It`s worst than not using a case because you have a false impression of protection and rely on the case however when your phone softly drops from just 10 in cracks the screen. I have my phone for more than 5 years and never had any scratch or crack with the previous case. After a couple of months my screen is totally cracked...unbelievable! Ok, its an old phone, but was looking as brand new before. I urge you, don`t spend your money on this, will destroy your screen!!!!

I have ordered two of this for my wife.I have decided to order this cases for her too, after I tried on my phone the black one.Long story short. Ordered two of them, received them. Tried to install one on the phone, after removing the first protective layer with absolutely no issue or harm for the case, I've notice that there is the also the second layer that covers the case and it can be feel and cause very strange feeling when holding the phone in hands. On my black cases there was no second layer, so I've decide to remove it from the case.Result is horrible ! The glossy surface of the case turns into glued sticky one which is not be able to be removed with any kind of potion.One case is defective now, just because of the second layer.Please note that the black ones that I've ordered for my phone (Samsung S7) as well, did not had the second layer glued on the case.Has any one had this problem as well ?

I've had this product for about a year now. It clipped to my phone, I don't see it as I use it. It's not bulky. I've dropped my phone several times and there has been 0 damage to the super expensive cell phone.Essentially, the perfect case.Don't drop it from a highrise though haha

No hace que pierda la belleza el dispositivo, el material es de plástico por lo que no lo hace muy resistente a los impactos. Con el uso se irá desgastando en la parte trasera y en las esquinas.

Obtienes lo que pagas, no es un case excelente pero cumple su función de proteger el teléfono de rayones en la parte trasera.
