Item is as described and easy to install or in my case replace old worn out runners

Very sturdy and smooth running. Easy to fit. Very happy with this item.

Lacking in flexibility, e.g. being able to reverse the alignment of the wheel to suit a different sliding door arrangement.Tried to drill out the bearing support to allow me to swap it round but damaged the bearing in the process.Not knocking the manufacturer here as it was a good, well built item, just a little inflexible in it’s use when attempting to use it to repair an existing sliding door system by another manufacturer (Hettich) who no longer support this item.I will have to replace the entire tracking system to allow it to work for me and will do so using this manufacturer as the quality of the rollers is really good and made from a much thicker metal bracket unlike the original hettich bracket supplied with the very expensive wardrobes I bought only three years ago that have already pay failed.

As read in the review .. somebody had already installed wardrobe in the house they bought but wheels were not working ..I looked at the closest one which looked like and ordered.. I used to common sense to install there were no instructions so I don’t know what to do with left over bits .. but it did the job it was meant to so gave rating 4
