Milani Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow, Bella Sand, 0.05 Ounce

-The Details-No idea why this has gel in the title. There's nothing about this eyeshadow that's gel like at all. Anyways! I wanted to replace my urbay decay shimmery white & saw this had some good reviews. I really didn't feel like coughing up another $19 for an urban decay eyeshadow pot. Tried a little on my hand and was super disappointed & the lack of pigmentation (but hey what do you expect for $5 right?) Decided I wanted to give the product a fair chance and try it out properly. Got my trusty primer, nyx white cream pencil and create a base on my eyelid. Then I brushed quite a lot of the bella chiffon my inner eye. Looked at it and thought "hey not bad..." Then I grabbed my Urban Decay Half Baked and used that on the rest of the eyelid. Holy moly. What a difference between a $19 eyeshadow and $5 shadow. Anyways blended the two together and finished it off with a black eyeliner. Now you must be thinking.. that's not fair. What a huge price difference. Well yes, if you're looking for something thats shimmery, this is okay. But if you want it to show up as a more light gold color you need a base. However, if you're looking for something more pigmented, save the money and apply it to the urban decay eyeshadow.-Final Thoughts-For $5 this shadow is good. You need quite a bit of other products to get it to shine but it's good. If you're looking for a diamond in the rough, this is not the shadow you're looking for.

I absolutely love the shade of this eyeshadow. However, I have ordered it three times at least and it always cracks like the photo. I have never experienced that with any other eyeshadow. It’s in my vanity drawer with all my other make up so it’s not like it’s in a cosmetic bag and travels with me. Not a good value for the money because it is not cheap. I will not order this again.

This was a little expensive, but is very hard to find, so I didn't mind. I really love using it.

I have been a repeat customer of Milani's ever since I first tried this "gel powder" eyeshadow. Don't let the name mislead you, this is just a really velvety, powder, not Gel...although It is so creamy and has no fallout, it isn't similar to other true gel or cream shadows. While this item is hard to find it in stores (at least locally, for me) I have found it again on Amazon and I am so thankful! First of all, the pigment is INCREDIBLE and the shadow has no fallout, as I mentioned, it stays put all day long and is extremely easy to blend. I have tried dozens of white shadows, most of them from high end brands, and they aren't nearly as good as Milani's. It's difficult to get a bright white formula that really shows up and lasts for hours. Most of the products I have tried just don't give me the pop of color I am looking for. This "Bella Eyes" shade is so pretty and can be used on the brow bone to highlight or in the corners of the eyes to make them look bigger. I am such a fan!

Great color

I had this shadow a few years ago and absolutely loved it, but they no longer sell the individual eyeshadows at Target (or at least not at the one close to where I live), so when I came across it on Amazon and I was so excited! But when I received it and started using it I noticed that it was far less pigmented than the last one that I had. I don’t know if Milani changed their formula or something, but I’m definitely not getting the same color payoff as I did the last time I had this shadow.That being said, I still use it regularly. It’s very buildable so I can definitely get it to the color and intensity that I want. Plus, the shade is so gorgeous, with the perfect amount of settle shimmer/sparkle. 💗

I really like this gold shadow. Lovely shade. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it goes on heavy at the first stroke and makes it hard to spread across the lid. It looks like a powdered shadow but it goes on similar to a cream, just a light weight cream that still looks and feels like powder to the touch. I now just dab it on different areas of my lids and then blend and continue applying. That seems to work. I like to apply dark colors in the crease of my eye and it looks great with this shade of gold. I highly recommend this product if you r in search of a nice gold eye shadow.

Lasts all day without touch up!! Always get compliments on the color!

Colour not the same as advertised and the description said satin matte finish but on the back if mine it says metallic. If you're looking for a colour as in their picture look elsewhere.

Not impressed with this shade.This MILANI shade,along with to others was my 1st time using this line. Not impressed with either the colour pay off or the lasting power of the colour. Didn't really blend, was v v patchy, every time I tried to blend it out it went patchy,so adding more,blending and going patchy again. I have actually stopped using these because the look I get with these are just not good enough. I'm sure maybe for someone who perhaps wants a less visual result but fir me,if your going to the effort in putting eyeshadow on, you want it to b noticed,what's the point if it's like kinda ok but not really. Not for me so I'd pass on this.

I've purchased Milani makeup before and I like the quality and packaging of it. I was intrigued by the reviews of the eyeshadows on Youtube and thought I'd try them. Although good, in hindsight, I could have purchased equaly good eyeshadows on the high street. They are a good product and nice to apply, and I will enjoy using them.

Eigentlich soll hier das Produkt bewertet werden. Aber ich möchte auch ein paar positive Worte zum amerikanischen Verkäufer verlauten lassen.Bei der ersten Lieferung kam das Eyeshadow total kaputt in good old gemany an und ich war sehr enttäuscht, da ich es nur noch entsorgen konnte. Doch der amerikanische Verkäufer hat mir Ersatz geschickt, als ich ihm das Problem schilderte.An Weihnachten 2016 glänzten also nicht nur die Augen, weil das Eyeshadow in gold wirklich toll aussieht, sondern ich war angenehm überrascht über diese problemlose Abwicklung.
