Still waiting arrival...only 2 months

I would contact the seller or contact amazon and let them know you never received it and they will refund/replace the item for you

Is the elastic small enough to hold CCell vape cartridges or will they fall out?

The strips are 3/4 of an inch wide and crisscross all along one side of the case. it would hold a AAA battery just fine, so you tell me.
