Very handy
I tried to tried to make my own latte using this but didn’t quite work out so I just add it to my coffee which we use mellow birds and it makes it really creamy. We ran out of milk the other morning and my husband had to use it the other day and he commented the same. I decided a few days ago in a cup of tea and I now prefer it to milk

Great texture but odd taste
I bought this to use in making coffee. I don't drink or use milk in anything else generally, so fresh milk tends to go off once opened before I can use it all. The positives first - this is simple with no weird ingredients, and it mixes very well with water, no lumps etc, it dissolves more like sugar than going clumpy like cornflour. I didn't find that it tasted great or added the smoothness to coffee that milk and especially cream does though. That may be because it is skimmed, or as a result of the processing, I'm not sure. It made bearable white coffee but the taste was just OK rather than great, with a very slight acidity or sharpness to the taste compared to fresh. Its convenient so I may keep buying it, but if I had access to UHT individual serves (as you get in hotel room coffee trays etc) then I would switch to using those in a heartbeat. In terms of value for money, this is quite expensive, the price is essentially artificially inflated by several pounds in order to be offered "free shipping" via prime. Its nearer £3.00 in stores. It would last you across quite a few hot drinks however without going off/needing to be poured away like fresh milk so better value in that context. It is foil sealed when you receive it and I had no quality issues. There's no silicon dehydration sachet in it, but it didn't seem to have clumped during storage/transport.

Works in a bread maker.
Works well in our bread maker when making bread using various different kinds of flour. E.G. white, brown, multi-seeded and wholemeal. Stores well in the packaging.
