Fantastic, especially since we have numerous dogs!! Love the cordless Crosswave, and we also own the corded version. Brilliant design, self cleaning roller option is GREAT! Cleans the floor and suctions up the dirty water into the holding tank. No more shoving dirty water around with a mop! The tilting head enables cleaning in tight spaces, eg between toilet and wall. Floor dries quickly because dirty solution is pulled up into the catch receptacle. The floor is clean, without a sticky residue. The pet hair catch enables you to remove the hair and deposit in the trash so you can then dispose of dirty waste solution. Disassembles easily to clean, and LOVE the self-cleaning roller function. GREAT gift idea for newly weds, aging parents, and all pet owners. I will never use a mop again. Note: because we have 8 dogs, I vacuum first with my vacuum sweeper to remove dust bunnies and clumps of Great Pyrenees dog hair. Then I clean the floor with my Crosswave. If you’re deciding between cordless or corded, you’ll find the cordless handy for tight spaces. However, if you have an extensive amount of hard floor, you’ll want to opt for the corded version. You’ll get about 2-3 hours on the rechargeable unit. I purchased both options to handle our floors.

Have you even found a product and wondered where it has been all your life? THIS IS IT! I have two toddlers and a dog, so they can be messy for sure! I used to hate having to clean my floors because the hardwoods in my house would never be shiny like I would like or be streaky. I would spend an hour or so cleaning the grout in the bathrooms and this like gadget get the grout nicely. This is worth every penny! If my kids spill something just run it over it. I like that it does carpet too. Just a button and bam on the carpet. It’s easy to clean the tanks and refill. The crosswave is easy to charge too. I also love the fact that all I have to do is put it back on the stand and press the clean button. There are a couple down sides to this though. One is that you have to use the bissell cleaner designed for it. If you use any cleaner other than the Bissell cleaner there will be soapy foam on your floor. Secondly, the brush heads can hole smell if you aren’t careful. I didn’t think I would have to change it out frequently but you do. This also goes for the stand, if you put the crosswave in the stand and the stand that at is dirty it will smell. If you get purchase this make sure you get extra brush heads.

This product has made my life so much easier. My entire house is tile and hardwood floors and it cuts my cleaning time in half. I have 2 cats and a toddler so I constantly have things to clean up, but this makes it so easy. It doesn’t dispense too much cleaner so it dries really quickly. I also love that it doesn’t reuse any of the dirty water to clean the floors. You will have to rinse out all the components and let them dry between uses, but that only takes about 2 minutes and is nothing compared to the time it would take to sweep and mop with traditional products. GREAT but. Totally worth the money.

Let me start off by saying that I live in a 2,300 sq ft. house. I sweep every day and mop 2-3 times a week. We have 3 kids, no indoor pets, and generally don't wear our shoes in the house. I've used this several times since I got it and feel confident that I can already tell what I like and don't like about it. Pros: Cordless Self cleaning Easy to use Easy to clean Uses clean water Great suction Cuts my floor cleaning down TREMENDOUSLY Cons: Heavy The wheels leave track marks The roller leaves brush marks Slow charging 30 min run time It drips dirty water drops all throughout the house (see picture of drops, and 2nd picture shows the dirt when I wipe them up) The dirty drops are making me take off a star. I hate having to go over my floors after I clean them, to check for this. For the amount of money I spent, I shouldn't have to do this. I'm still really pleased though, because this definitely gets my floors cleaner than a Swiffer or mop. I was surprised how easy all of the parts are to clean, so don't let that intimidate you. Again, not perfect, but overall, I'm happy with it!

I have had this Bissell product since October 2021 and I regret this purchase. Unfortunetly the return policy through the company and the seller is only good for 30 days. The issues I have had with it start with the suction power; not superb. The canister that collects the dirty water is now telling me to change it when its needing the changing. You have to keep it very clean and although it is easy to use and change out the water, it just does not work up to my expectations for the price

With having dogs and wood floors this works great for deep cleaning the floors after she tracks in dirt. Has great suction power and leaves the floor dry after using. Very easy to use.

Terrible! Worked okay for about a month, then started leaving streaks and small puddles requiring touch up. Cleaning the machine and parts was a chore after only getting less than 30 mins. use. After recharge and cleaning the machine, it would have been easier to do the floors the old fashioned way without having to stop other than changing mop water. After about 45 days, the suction started getting worse leaving more water and just pushing the dirt. Of course this was after the return period and now am out nearly $400.
