As good or better than the big name brands at 1/3 or lees of the cost
I was skeptical of these reels but for the price..., hey, I bought 4 size 30 to use on my crappie poles. I was surprised at the feel of these reels. I've always gone with the big brand names because I'm I know what to expect. These will rival any big name I've ever bought. Smooth balanced rotor, and 12 ball bearings? Something you'd expect from reels of $100 or more. And I love the push button handle to fold and unfold it. Made in China [:-(. But so are most of the big names. Free spinning it with no,line when I first got it..., wow, smooth and no wobble.I used this reel for the first time last weekend on a 16' crappie pole. Using 15 lb. test Power Pro line with no leader, my first fish was a 5 Lb. bass. I was straight lining a jig with 2 foot of line out from the end of the pole. The drag performed flawlessly. All day catching fish and manually pulling out line to set the fish in the boat, (16' rod) was a snap. I had something large on and set the drag while fighting the fish and I set it too tight and it broke me off. My bad, but the reel handled it well.I'll be buying more for my spinning rigs.UPDATE: I loved these reels so much I purchased 3 more but in the 40 size for inshore salt water. No complaints, preform well, and the cost [:-) you can't go wrong. They can handle a nice slot size red as well as the best of them. Next I'm going to get the ultra light for fresh water trout. I'm glad I found these on Amazon!!

Smooth.
This reel would be my third that are marked ReelKing Yumoshi and each are very smooth. My first impression is the reels feel like the better quality reels I have spent much more money on. I checked out all connections and screws for tightness as these reels pretty much, come from China. Some Penn and Shimano expensive reels are made in their respective countries and the top end reels may cost more than three or four times what these reels cost. I do my own maintenance and service, when needed and before I even take my reels out, I lube and grease them to my liking and put line on them. These are on rods and ready to go come the weekend and with any failures, I'll return to this review and list what failed. If not, they are still in service to go out fishing.

A very nice surprise for the price
A very nice surprise for the price. I replaced a Shimano FX 4000FB with it on a med fast 6.5' rod. It is nicely balanced and the 5.2 gear ratio is nice. The composite drag material is a little stiff, but with use, it is starting to hit a "sweet spot". I am using it in salt water exclusively and it's handling 3-5 lb Red fish with no problem. I always clean my gear of all salt and gunk every time I go out so my gear stays in good shape. I break down all gear and clean then grease and oil up after 5 times out on the water religiously. If you don't do that here, a lot of equipment fails in a year or 2. Salt eats fishing gear. This reel is well balanced , has a sturdy bail with anti-twist line roller and power drive gear. I will buy more of these reels.

Smaller than comparable reels
I just received the 4 reels that I ordeded 3 days ago. The appear to be OK reels but I was surprised at the sizes. The 7000 is about the size of a Penn Fierce II 5000. The 6000 is about a 4000 size and the 5000 slightly smaller than a 4000. Bottom line: Get a size or 2 bigger than the standard size you want. I do like the button you press to fold the handle for transport as opposed to the screw type on all other reels I’ve owned. I haven’t used them yet but wanted to let you know before you ordered. Tight lines!

This is a full sized reel
This is a good quality product, price is right, drag is smooth, it’s getting smoother as it gets broken in. However, it’s a full sized reel. I thought by ultra light that it would be smaller. It’s mismatched on a 5’ UL rod, it’s just too big. So if you’re going to buy it, it would be great for a bigger, heavier rod and it’s perfect for 8 lb. test.

Its great to use as an emergency reel
This reel is ok for the price. Its great to use as an emergency reel, or to use while you save up for a more expensive reel. Like others have stated, the folding handle is nice, but sometimes collapes mid reel. Def, not good for when a big fish is on. The 'wooden' handle is a little too small for my hands, and a bit wobbly. I'd purchase this again.
