These are great!
Like most people I would imagine, I went looking for a less expensive alternative battery for my Milwaukee powertools. I landed on these. So far they have been great. I bought four of them. I had a problem with one, which I don't thinks in unusual because I had problems with the oem battery. Anyway without asking, this company reached out to me, asked me how they could help and they sent me a new battery, free of charge, without even having to ask them for it. Now that's great customer service. I'll definitely be buying more as I buy more tools.

Low cost but low capacity
This looked like a low cost generic M18 Battery Pack alternative for my Milwaukee tools. The stated 3 Ahr rating is twice that of a typical base battery pack.Recommendation: OK for light duty M18 tool use. Does not compete with the ‘High Capacity’ M18 packs.Pluses: Low Cost. Worked well with M18 Tools and M18 ChargerMinuses: One of the 2-pack had a bad battery connection (defective Spot welds) and required repair. Effective battery capacity only about half of expected. The Details:Capacity: The good pack used twice as much charge to make five 2"x12" lumber cross cuts as my other generic 2Ahr M18 pack. The 2 Ahr Pack had 19.3V after cutting (40% of Charge remaining) while the new Powerextra had 18.4V (20% of Charge remaining).Charging: Took only 15 minutes to charge after 80% discharge test. The 5 battery cells were still well matched (voltage matched: balanced)Tool Operation: Tool cut lumber at same rate as with the 2 Ahr ‘control’ pack and did not load down.Tricks and Tips:1. Let battery cool down before recharge and store at cool temperatures.2. Don't leave M18 pack in tool! It may discharge and become unusable.3. Recharge the pack at least once per year. (If battery pack self-discharges to less than 15V, battery may not recharge). Two Week Update:1. Customer service contacted me and promptly shipped replacement batteries. GREAT SUPPORT!2. Both new units worked well.Bottom Line: Very good alternative for the base 1.5 Amp-Hour M18 battery packs.

Milwaukee Lithium battery replacement - failure & replacement
Received the batteries as expected. Both were already half charged. Fully charged them very quickly. They are perfectly compatable with my Milwaukee drill. Only time will tell if battery life & longevity will be good. It's impossible to rate things like this the second day out.Edit - Both batteries have failed - unable to charge. Purchased November 2022, neither battery recharges in June 2023. Contacting the company.Edit 2 - I contacted the company by phone. They will replace the batteries. I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 due to great customer service. It did not take long to resolve the situation.

excellent customer service
I had a problem with the battery and seller immediately replaced and so far so good. Appreciate the them quickly fixing the problem. Reliable third party rechargeable for Milwaukee are difficult to find but this seller seems to have fantastic customer service.

Allowed new life to a useable elderly drill.
Hard evaluating longevity and value of an item that’s only been possessed for two weeks.

Won’t charge anymore after 5 months
I’ve had these for a little over 5 months and they will no longer take a charge. They’re never left on the charger for more than they need to be (even though it stops charging automatically) and they haven’t been drained and charged too frequently either. I use my impact maybe once every two weeks so I know they’re not just overused. Not very happy with this purchase at all

Poor Battery Life
All said and done they might have the power of a 1 amp hour battery. On the plus side these batteries charge super quick since they're a fraction of the claimed size. But really, I'd not recommend these at all for anything. I've purchased a few off brand 12v batteries for Milwaukee's M12 system and had zero problem. Even bought a 4-5 amp hour off brand for the M18's and it has been pretty good. But these batteries are really bad.
