Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset: HyperSense Haptic Feedback - Auto-Adjust Headband - Retractable Mic – for Xbox One, Xbox Series X & S - Black/Green

When I received the product on late March this year the product worked as expected. The product met my expectations by delivering a great in game sound experience. In early July the headphones stopped connecting to my Xbox one. I check Razer's online support and implemented their recommendations. Product still didn't connect. I opened an incident with Razer and have been extremely unimpressed with the support personal , lets call him Dean, knowledge of this product. I am working and was hoping that they may give me a course of actions to take to resolve the problem. But this has not happened, maybe a perspective customer needs to be concerned about Razer's claim to provide wireless Xbox connections. I've been working for technical company's many years so I understand what a company promises must be delivered to the customer. This is how company's earn reputations. I will update my review out of fairness to Razer as I am now being given another support person, lets call him Alfred.

My son recently broke his headset and begged me to buy him a new one. I thought, how about I give you my Turtle Beach Stealth 600s and I buy myself a new one. After plenty of research, I settled on the Razer Nari Ultimates for Xbox One. I never really understood why people would pay over $200 for a gaming headset. With these Razers, I now know. I received them in the mail this morning from Amazon and was instantly blown away by the haptics and sound quality. Build quality is top notch. The aluminum frame feels solid, the stretchy green headband has taken me to new levels of comfort. The cooling gel on the ear cups is a nice touch. I wore these for just over two hours today and, with my other headset, by this time my ears would be throbbing from pressure on my glasses. With the Nari Ultimate, that problem has become a thing of the past. Incredibly comfortable. My kids were off school today and I couldn't hear them at all with these on. These have great isolation from outside noise. I've read complaints about the mic being too quiet but this isn't an issue here. The people I've chatted with have all said my voice is clean and clear. Incoming voice sounds great. Haptics. Okay. This little gimmick was the main reason why I decided to pull the trigger on these bad boys and I am not disappointed. It really brings immersion to a new level. Approaching a running truck in the game I was playing had the haptics slowly getting more intense as I got closer to the truck. I can't wait to experience more with this headset. RAZER knocked it out of the park with this one. The best headset I've ever owned.

Good for a big head, plenty of space inside for ears, rock solid connection with no drop outs, great sound A+++ product. My only criticism is Battery life eight hours.
