You won't be disappointed in this yarn. I dyed it up and made a hat and cowl then another smaller hat with the leftovers. It is so soft and squishy... worth every penny I paid. They also have a website so I ordered from there when I couldn't get it through amazon. Good company, highly recommend this yarn!

This is VERY VERY soft yarn! The softest I have felt in a long time, and I am an alpaca farmer and fiber artist. When I run out of yarn from my herd, this is my go-to. It’s drapey and heavy, as you would expect alpaca to be, and so gorgeous!

I wanted to try out the Loops Luxe Chunky yarn, but wanted to knit Leila Raven’s 4-color Yeti Cowl in short order, so I ordered the 4 colors available thru Amazon the week of Christmas 2020. The yarn is amazingly soft, but is floppier than the yarn called for in the pattern. I was not only able to knit the long cowl with just one skein of each color, but I was able to knit a Tina Tse’s Cabled Earwarmer from the three interior colors and I still have a few yards left of each. The only thing I would have done differently is I would have purled a row on each end of the cowl to keep it from rolling so much.

It is soft beyond words I love it easy to work with I just wish there was more of it. I really thought there would be more there for the price. I don't have enough to finish a little sweater for my dog and my dog is small. I had a skein of a multicolored yarn baby yarn and I had more than enough to make him a little sweater out of it and some left over.

Using this to make a hat for a family member going through chemo who lost hair. This yarn is the softest ever and definitely worth the cost. Will buy more for myself once I figure out if I want a hat or scarf or both.

So very soft. Knitting a scarf half way done. Works up great. I love this yarn!!
