The pills are very effective and take only a few minutes to work. Great substitute for energy drinks, of course without the sugar!

I've been using this brand of caffeine pills for about 15 years now. They give me quick energy, and have been the only caffeine pills that don't hurt my stomach. I believe this is due to the powder being harder, and taking longer than other pills to dissolve in your stomach. I've also given them to people for migraines if they don't have anything else, and it has almost always helped

This is my second order of Vivarin caffeine pills. I use them irregularly, mostly in the morning when I'm in a hurry somewhere, or keep them on hand for long days of work. I've already almost gotten through the first box and just received the second. They are pretty much tasteless and I notice a stimulant effect after about 30 minutes. The effect gives me a focused, energetic, and productive mood, and personally lasts for about 3-4 hours, but I'm particularly caffeine sensitive and only take 1 per day. For the price, you definitely cannot beat it. By far the best caffeine supplement that I've ever purchased.

These work as expected. The dosage is perfect for me at 200 mg of caffeine. I like that they work much faster and are more convenient than drinking coffee or energy drinks, not to mention, it is cheaper. The pills are easy to swallow. No side effects. I like that the pills came in blister packs and not a bottle because it fits more easily into my bag to have with me on the go if needed. Update: Unfortunately, I have to change my review to 4 stars because I noticed after taking this several times on an empty stomach that I became very nauseous within 30 minutes of taking the pill, and the nausea lasted for several hours which defeated the purpose of taking this to help me with energy and focus when I’m on the go and may not have time to stop and get food to take with it. I did not end up finishing my last pack of these for this reason. Instead I found a caffeinated pre-workout powder that I can carry in my bag which hasn’t given me any nausea or other side effects. I saw other reviewers have reported the same issue with nausea after taking this product, so if you tend to have a sensitive stomach be aware that this is a potential side effect.

I have been trying to cut down on sugar and unfortunately I love a latte. Not just coffee and a little cream, like give me the sugar drink. No fake sugar either, yuck. I have mild ADHD and caffeine helps me focus. I am also on a glp1 for weight loss and have a hard time eating in the morning. I take my glp1 pill and wait an hour and drink half a protein shake and take this pill. No jitters and I stay focused for most of my day. I also dont waste the few calories I can tolerate on a sugary latte, so I can have room for healthy calories.

Easy to use and not too big to swallow. It gives energy that lasts on my most tiring days.

I use these at the onset of a visual migraine. Didn’t make me nervous. And no long lasting headache after using this. Didn’t stop migraine or the light show but, absolutely helped with headache after light show. How I would describe it. I always keep this on hand and highly recommend this product.
