Works on a 99-06 TRUCK steering pump swap with 2011 chevy 2500 alternator bracket
Been searching for a fix to the lousy truck steerng pumps for a long time Retrofitted a # 12567922 bracket to a 2002 gmc sierra 1500 for improved steering with this corvette bearing style steering pump. Remote reservior. 5/8 & 1/2 hose. This setup absolutely works as a cheaper fix for high rpm use of the ls motor. Pulley # 12682902. Hi PSi hose # 3402891 OEM brand truck pumps have failed twice on this 5.3 motor with a cam swap. Running a cooler, hydroboost, steering rack. This system works better than the truck did with stock v6 and small tires

Leaked right out of the box
Leaking right out of the box. Thought it was a bad seal but three seals later it’s still leaks. After much review it looks like it’s leaking from the pump itself. Not the hose like I figured it has to be. Looks like I will be getting another pump.
