Light stopped working in 6 months
I bought this retractable fan in March 2022 and had it professionally installed by a licensed electrician when my brand new house was being built in May 2022. In Oct 2022 two of the three light setting stopped working. Now when I turn the light on it blinks for a couple of seconds and then the brightest white light option comes on. The other two softer light options do not work at all. Poor quality for the price. — they sent me a replacement and the same thing happened, two of the light settings stopped working after 6 months

Hermoso producto, excelente servicio
Hubo problemas con el embarque de China a México, pero el proveedor me recomendó hacerlo desde USA, y me llego antes de la fecha estimada por UPS. Siempre tuve respuesta del proveedor, y siempre me atendió de la mejor manera. Al ver que yo insistía en el producto y solicitaba que el envío no fuera por Servicio Postal Mexicano, tuvo la paciencia y me oriento a otra solución.

Was advertised as full warranty and now I can’t even contact the seller
It installed easy and worked ok for about a year, the colors were off on the leds so while 2 of them were warm the other two were cold and now they are flickering and junk so I have to replace the light

Scratches on the main pieces, reordered and same thing.
The light fixture was scratched and packaging missing screws.
