Great canopy,easy to fit. Perfect for summer.

This product has caused a danger to life. My daughter was helping me fit the canopy as per instruction. She opened the packaging and there was no secure packaging or how the metal can spring out. The metal sprang out and split my daughter’s eyebrows open. She was rushed to the A and E and was stitched urgently. She is currently experiencing a concussion and is unable to conduct her exams at the time she booked. I’m worried about what damage it has caused my daughter.

The instructions are very vague with only arrows to show you how to put it together.

Cannot send back because it is too big and heavy to send back. Cannot contact Amazon because there is no customer service phone number and not email address. STUCK.

Comes with so many parts to assemble, the instructions are woefully inadequate and contradicting, I’m a tradesman with all the tools you can imagine, you need a lot of tools. It also takes two me to assemble and mount on the wall. It sags badly so buy a broom too push canvas up so the rain drains out..all my own fault needed one quickly for a family gathering and very hot spell arrived.. all cheap Chinese it won’t last long sadly. So don’t get caught like me. Spend a bit more and buy British

Very weak and asymmetric. When opening it completely one side hangs further down than the other and when closing one arm closes tighter than the other.The instructions say not to use it in the rain or wind making it practically unusable.
