I bought this pressure cooker 20 days ago, it's already broken, the top washer part melted and disappeared. Now the pressure doesn't work.

Durable Pressure Cooker
This pressure cooker is very good and feels heavy and durable. It's the perfect size for a family of around 4 people. Works well on both gas stoves and induction cooktops, which is very convenient. One thing to note – unlike other cookers, this one releases a lot of small whistles instead of a few loud ones. It's not a problem, just a bit different from what you might expect. Overall, a great product!

The product cannot be faulted and will last pretty much forever. The only issue is the size , cooking for two, we have always had what we thought was a smaller pressure cooker.. but it was 4 litres, I bought the 5 litres..I should have bought the largest size available in the range. I guess we cook for the week so it is more like cooking for 10 people not two even though their are just two of us. If anyone else is buying to upgrade in size, buy the largest available. Apart from that Indian pressure cookers are the best, if anyone has a complaint against a Prestige or a Hawkins..they are using it wrong. One more thing is I have always been concerned about aluminum cookers and the acid from lime or curd, this one not only mitigates that, it works on induction which is a plus.
