I really like this unit. It is very accurate, as i have check it against a manual cuff. It is also easy to place on your arm without any assistance. The display is bold and easy to read and I appreciate the memory function. Providing two sizes of cuffs is a nice bonus. I'm giving it 5 stars for all these reasons.

The unit works well. I like the way it works and the two cuffs it comes with. Small and large. The unit does have a design flaw. The battery door does not snap tightly in place. I have had it pop off just taking it from the carry case. The batteries fall out and then the unit looses all the information. So you’re back to setting up the unit again. I have resolved the flaw with scotch tape. Hopefully this is a good solution.

It was great and worked well. Very accurate. I returned it because I found my old one and it still worked well.

It seems that my doctor is determined to put me on some kind of med. I’m determined not to be labeled fat and diabetic with hypertension. I’ve changed my diet and whiskey habits . I’m now walking more and eating much better food . This awesome monitor and a scale helps keep me track my progress. Get one because you can’t measure progress if you don’t track it.

I've had the opportunity on several occasions to instantly compare the results of the Braun with blood pressure readings taken by an RN, and the readings are all within a few points of each other. So it seems to be pretty accurate.My only gripe is that it's a bit tricky (at first, anyway) to figure out the positioning of the armband on your arm. The graphics showing how to do this, both in the instructions and printed on the armband itself, are essentially indecipherable.
