Tastes and smells like blackberries
I haven’t had this flavoring but a couple of weeks, so I have only used it to add a different flavor element to a yellow cake recipe for my mother-it’s her favorite. I used 4 drops. That’s all that was needed to get a hint of blackberry. I’m not a fan of yellow cake at all, but I actually liked it with this flavoring. Have also purchased the strawberry and violet from this same company; they are all wonderful! It seems expensive until you realize that, because it is very concentrated, it will last a long time. I, personally, would rather spend more for excellent quality. I highly recommend this flavoring!
