Have only been taking these for 3 days and maybe my mind is playing tricks on me but wow what a difference. I am big on vitamins and natural supplements and once I started taking these I felt a sudden burst of energy with no crash. I went from drinking 3 espressos a day to keep me awake during work to only drinking one now just for the taste because this really keeps me up. I can’t really say I’ve lost any weight yet but I can definitely say my metobalism has sped up as I’m going to the bathroom much easier and more often now. i am sure since it’s only been 3 days I won’t see weight loss but I will drop by again in a few weeks to share my overall experience. This is the first and ONLY diet pill that has ever worked for me in my whole LIFE. I won’t say I have tried everything but I have tried some popular ones including Garcinia Cambodia and Keatones which did nothing for me. What I love most about these pills is that they are so easy to take, just two pills every morning after breakfast (which is usually tea for me during the school week) and I am set for the rest of the day! I did have high hopes for this product because of the reviews and because I already liked apple cider vinegar as a natural dietary aid so I was stoked to find this natural diet pill. However I was still surprised at how effective this pill was.This product significantly reduced my cravings for food especially fast food & sweets, which has never happens with me before. My diets always fail because I end up seeing my favorite food somewhere and I can’t resist temptation. But with these I feel like my mind is stronger, I can say “no, I don’t need that” and go about my day. I’m not sure if this is a placebo because I was also loosing some weight before I stared taking these and I was already serious about my new diet but I did notice that the weight just started melting off about a week and a half into taking these pills. Either way I am super happy and feel great! With the weight losss my skin has also improved and acne has gone away.I think that a diet is about how much effort and accountability you put into it, one thing I did this time arround that I never did before was I started a weight log and baught an accurate scale. Every morning and night I weigh myself and give a brief summary of what I’ve eaten. I have always seen this technique been promoted as a good way to help you loose weight but I thought I didn’t need it since I wasn’t really obese, really I just didn’t want to face my bad decisions. If you are serious about your diet and want an extra boost to keep you going I think this is a great product. But no matter what product you buy, don’t expect to just sit arround changing nothing and shed the pounds.

I was drinking organic ACV because I know it is good for me. I was walking through Wal Mart one day with my teenage daughter and she picked up a bottle of ACV capsules. I had never heard of them being in pill form. I told her I would research them on Amazon, yes really, and came across this product. Organic is an ABSOLUTE must for me and I try really hard to eat as clean as possible. What a find! They are tasteless, unlike the liquid, and they don't give me any side effects. They are super and I no longer have to take heartburn meds thanks to ACV. My daughter and I both feel like we are less hungry now that we are taking these too.
