I love this mat!
I love the size of this mat! I can do yoga, floor exercises and also my weight training and Oculus VR exercise games. I wish all 4 corners were rounded instead of just one.... it would look nicer. Also Im not sure what side is supposed to be up and what side is down. But overall I do love the size, and it seems durable. Its a little cushy.... I would like it more if it were a little thicker.

Perfect for the job
I got this as both a supplement to my yoga mat (my GF and I put our yoga mats on top of this one for additional padding) and also for playing Oculus games. I like having a padded surface for my more active games, so I don't slam my knee down on a hard floor. I also like having a surface that my feet can palpate while I'm moving around rapidly in VR, because it helps prevent me from accidentally hitting a wall or a piece of furniture. This mat seems well constructed and looks nice.

It's alright
Not enough grip to maintain a plank without slipping (my bare feet and hands slide pretty easily even though I don't have much sweat (the beginning of the workout), and I can get sweaty), but too much grip to practice shrimping (BJJ drill). Looks nice I guess. I haven't gotten any other mats of these types so I can't really compare the quality, but it's alright I guess.I would've bought the puzzle mat but I have a cat and she would've destroyed it. She just chills on the one though.

Loving it! But it has some limitations.
I started using this mat the first day I got it. I rolled it out on my carpeted floor and walked along the edges. The mat flattened right away. I have been using it everyday, exercising twice a day on it, for about a month now. I have so far done weight lifting, boxing, primal movements, Pilates, yoga and certain types of cardio exercises on this mat. It stays in place most of the time - it moves a little bit during some of my cardio but I could hardly sense the movement of the mat during my exercises. I only know it has moved after I am done with my workout sets and check the mat’s position relative to my furniture in the room. It has strong grip for my yoga poses, meaning my hands and feet aren’t sliding while I hold my poses. That said, because of the mat’s grip ability and the fact that it does move a little against my carpeted floor, if I do cardio, I would only choose exercises that don’t change directions frequently. So For cardio, I only do burpees, squat jumps, jump rope, jogging in place, jumping Jack, mountain climber, shadow boxing and low-impact skater moves. I would NOT recommend dancercise, moves that require pivoting on one foot and gliding, roundhouse kicks, high-impact HIIT, agility drills that require lots of sudden stopping and quick change of directions because the mat has traction and you might twist your knee or ankle performing those moves. Those types of cardio are meant for wooden floor or heavy-duty gym mat that has a smooth surface and is 100% stable. So this mat is good if you know its limitations. I love it personally because it’s adequate for my home workouts. As for ease of cleaning? Checked. I wipe it down with wet towels and disinfectant wipes after my workouts.

Huge Heavy Duty Mat
It came in a large long box, to be expected since the mat is 6ft x 6ft. Once I opened the box, I was pleased to see that the mat had a storage bag with tie strings to keep it clean when in storage. There are two straps to use for rolling it up and fitting it into the storage bag. It was nice to receive a jump rope in a separate bag. Now we have two jump ropes. It is time to practice our Double Dutch jump roping skills. Before this mat, I was doing my jump lunges on a normal rug over tile with little to no padding. I am excited to have padding under my feet, which I did not have before. The mat lies on my title floor and does not slide around when I am exercising. Before the 6ft x 6ft mat, I was contained to a small space with the rug and yoga sized mat. Now I can stretch out for my resistance band training which is more comfortable than before.

Excellent
Use this in my living room to workout when doing HIIT, yoga, or core work. I just unroll it and roll it back up, no worries. I have it over an area rug for more cushion. It does slide just a tiiiiiny bit over the course of my workout, but not much at all. Absolutely love it! Gives me tons of space to workout without worrying about where my mat boundaries are.

Tremendous quality and value
I train with kettlebells in a spare room with laminate flooring. At first I tried an area rug, but it didn't provide enough cushion for Turkish getups, and it was a bit slippery for planks and pushups. Next I tried to go cheap with a horse stall mat, but the off gassing was unbearable. After a lot of searching and review reading, I was down to this and some quality rubber puzzle tiles. I elected to choose this mat because of the reviews and the fact I didn't need to throw down heavy barbells onto rubber flooring. This mat has everything I need: comfortable cushioning without being too soft, excellent grip for floor work, protects my floors, and available in blue, my favorite color. You really do get what you pay for, and even at $150 for the 6' x 6', this is an excellent value. Don't be cheap and buy those cheap foam puzzle tiles. Invest more money into quality. You won't regret it.

Good quality mat
Sturdy semi firm mat. Great to put my bench press and weights on it and to do my exercises. Purple color is not too bad. It adds nice color to the room.
