I only used once as the patches that come along the device are really bad. They do not stick properly so you barely can feel the massage. I would not recommend it.

Is it powerful enough to work as EMS ?

If you’re asking if it gives good enough muscle contraction then the answer is yes. Powerful Is relative, depends on each individuals tolerance. If you’re looking to use it as a workout then I don’t think it makes sense cause it has only to output leads if you add the 2nd output then the power drops quite a bit.
