What kind of functions develop this robot? What does it do?

It goes forward. That is it. It took my son and I about 10 minutes to build it, and it ran for about 30 minutes before the battery need to be cleaned, and rebuilt.

How many watts is the LED lightbulb?

The power depends how fast you spin the windmill.The forward voltage drop of an LED is typically 2 to 3 V. Let's say 2.5V.A current of 20 mA (0.02A) will produce a bright light. That's probably close to what you get with a fairly strong wind turning your windmill.The power dissipated in the LED in this case is 2.5 x 0.02 = 0.05W = 50 mW.

Is included the elements, for example charcoal, aluminium or salt? And is included some pieces of science kit as tube, ect?

It a simple kit, included small slides aluminum, carbon, works fine but is small, from kids 4 old years. Needs salt and water not included in the box.

Does this only work once? My son can't get it to go a second time. Wondering what to do.

It will work multiple times. Make sure after each use to clean the battery parts with water and allow to dry before reassembling
