Amazon refunded a portion of my money because it did not come with the install hardware. Easy fix from Home Depot. Took me about 30 minutes to install hooks and hang.

Cosmetic — This wall rack is a plain wood color. We stained it to our taste to match other furniture, which I think was a great feature. Of course you can keep it as is, but the fact that it is almost like a blank slate for changing if you want something more specific to other colors. It takes well to stain.Assembly — You have to put the hooks onto the board yourself. That wasn’t difficult. Putting it up on the wall requires a bit of skill and perhaps 2 people for best results due to the weight and length.Overall, I am pleased with it and think it was an excellent value for the price I paid.

Perfect condition! Love the darker color! Bought it for my sons room. It was “used” but nothing was wrong or missing. The package wasn’t even damaged!

This looks cute on the wall, but it took some effort to get it there. First off, it isn't really "rustic brown". It was an odd yellowish brown. I stained it with a darker stain which toned down the color a bit. Second, the hooks do not come attached. You have to install them on the board yourself. At first, I couldn't see any holes predrilled into the wood. Finally, I discovered them (super tiny). However, they didn't line up with the screw holes in the hooks (grrr....). Once I had it assembled, which took longer than it should have, it was cute. I just don't think it is worth the price. It's basically a board and six hooks.

This coat rack works perfectly to hold my two toddlers coats and backpacks. Holds more than I expected originally.

Looks nice. Easy to hang. Was surprised I had to screw parts together and I figured it put witha little effort.

I really like the look of this rack. The medium tone wood is a nice neutral that looks good on my grayish white walls.What I liked:-The color.-Routered edge.-Antique looking hooks.-Lightweight.What I think could be improved:I think they could use a bit better quality control. -The wood had a nick that had been filled in with a lighter color so it's very noticeable- The baggie containing the screws had torn open and one was missing. The instructions stated this could happen, and they suggest checking all the packing material carefully for any parts that could have come loose during shipping. Sadly, it wasn't in there, but it's not that noticeable. They also supply a contact email on each page, so I may email them and see if they can send the missing screw.This rack arrives unassembled. You will need a phillips screwdriver to attach the hooks. Anchor screws are provided for wall hanging.Four stars.
