Module good, shipping/packing, eh...not so much
The module itself seems fine. However, I was a bit disappointed that it arrived in a standard plastic bag (not anti-static) and was loose inside the bag, nested inside an 8.5x11 Amazon envelope bag. As a result, a couple of the module's pins were bent. Not a big deal, but the sloppy packaging suggests the seller is unaware of the potential for damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD)...or Amazon's minimalist shipping methods.

Buy something else, anything else!
Absolute trash, not a single Arduino/ESP32 library will get past the Ethernet.begin() whether static or DHCP mode being used. SPI communications to the device works perfectly fine, the W5500 simply can't create any sockets which causes the Ethernet.begin() to hang. I won't be bothering to return them, both just went into my fire pit.

EMI Issues
I have tried on multiple Arduinos, ESP32s, and multiple breadboards, wires, etc. I always get disconnects seemingly due to static or EMI. Sometimes I can simply "stand up" from the workbench and trigger a disconnect. I have tried a multitude of shielding ideas, nothing seems to help yet. I have an ENC28J60 that works in same setup/code with no issues seen yet.

Small size
I was hoping this would work for my application given the size and ability to add to a custom circuit board. However, this does not initialize using Firmata Ethernet with Johnny-five. I will have to stick with the official arduino mkr ethernet shield.

No documentation
Came with absolutely no documentation which is unusual for this company. I was able to find something online after an hour or so of looking. Not completely functional yet, still working on the connection. I expected some kind of pinout diagram.
